The episode starts with Koel arriving at where Dr. Singh and his wife are. She inquires with the doctors wife about Dr. Singh’s whereabout. She then enters the car, and she pretends to be sick. She asks the doctor to give treatment immediately. Vedika indirectly taunts Koel about her sickness, but she urges the doctor to treat Koel. The doctor gets confused by the bickering of Vedika and Koel. He tries to assure them that Koel is fine, but both Koel and Vedika refuse to let him go. Koel calls Vedika as her sister, which makes the latter speechless. Together, they both bring Dr. Singh to the Maheswari’s house. After that, both Vedika and Koel plead with Dr. Singh to treat their mother, Saraswati. The doctor agrees. Koel asks Vedika to stay away from Saraswati, and then she approaches the door with Dr. Singh. Vedika makes sure that she learns about Saraswati’s health condition, so she uses a smart trick by connecting her phone with Dr. Singh in a call.
Dr. Singh checks up Saraswati, and then he informs the family members about the increase of the latter’s blood pressure even though she doesn’t have any medical condition. He further advises the family members to keep Saraswati out of stress and also keeps her happy. Vedika hears everything from outside. She gets worried, wondering why Saraswati has suffered with high blood pressure. She then meets Dr. Singh outside, who confirms with her that Saraswati doesn’t have any medical condition. Also, he shares with Vedika that the sudden change in blood pressure can be a cause of heavy workout or wrong medication. Vedika gets shocked.
Mayuri happily tells Rajeshwari that their plan has worked. Rajeshwari tries to take the entire credit of giving the wrong medication to Saraswati, but Mayuri reminds her of her efforts, too. Sagar arrives there, so Mayuri hides herself behind the door. Sagar shares with Rajeshwari about Dr. Singh’s information about Saraswati’s health condition. Rajeshwari reminds him about the doctors advice to keep Saraswati happy. Also, she advises him to think about marrying Koel, but Sagar leaves from there without saying anything. Meanwhile, Vedika shares with Padma about everything that’s happening with Saraswati. She expresses her worry about Saraswati’s safety. Padma and Kishorilal share their concerns, too. Kishorilal shares his opinion with Vedika that there is a chance someone from the Maheswari family is behind all this. Vedika also feels the same. She also tells them that she may have felt a connection towards Koel, but after whatever she has done with her, she don’t trust Koel anymore. Also, she has to do something to save her mother from their enemies.
In Maheswari’s house, Koel takes care of Saraswati. Rajeshwari again feeds Saraswati the wrong medicine without anyone’s knowledge. Sagar sees everything from outside. He recalls everything that has happened, and then he tells himself now that he is sure that Vedika can’t be the real Jahnvi. He then agrees to marry Koel, shocking the latter and Saraswati. Saraswati questions him, but Sagar assures her, saying that he has accepted Koel as Jahnvi. Koel leaves from there, so Sagar follows her.
The episode ends with Saraswati wondering why she isn’t feeling happy with Sagar’s decision.
