The episode begins with Hasmukh asking Mahindra to pack his list of groceries. Mahindra arrives and insists that his items be packed first. Hasmukh rebukes Bapodhara, while Dilip supports Hasmukh. Bapodhara reminds Hasmukh of how Dilip had beaten him up in the past, leaving Hasmukh silent. Dilip leaves the scene. Bapodhara warns Hasmukh, but Hasmukh threatens to release a video against him, forcing Bapodhara to leave.
Meanwhile, a peon informs Deepti that the new boss has arrived and is calling everyone to the conference room. Deepti goes to the conference room and is shocked to see the new boss, Varun, who turns out to be the same person she had an argument with in the parking lot. Everyone greets Varun. He receives a phone call and steps aside to answer it.
Elsewhere, Prarthna asks Chirag if he hates her like Bapodhara does. She questions whether he no longer loves her. Chirag replies that it’s difficult to love her because she’s not on his side. Prarthna retorts that love doesn’t depend on sides, adding, “I still love you just as before, and I don’t care who you support.” She turns to leave, but her dupatta gets caught on a nail. Chirag helps her untangle it, and Prarthna remarks, “You solve our relationship issues this easily.”
Bapodhara decides to change the colony rules to prevent tenants like Hasmukh from entering his chawl. He instructs Ramesh to draft the new rules, saying, “No one with long hair, tattoos, a criminal record, or aggressive behavior will be allowed.” Meanwhile, Pushpa prepares to visit kids at a juvenile home, who seem to represent everything Bapodhara disapproves of.
At the juvenile home, Saurabh and Badri get into an argument and start fighting. Rabi tries to stop them. The warden intervenes, arriving with Pushpa, and stops the fight. He reprimands them, asking, “Why do you behave like this when you’re brothers? Stop acting like animals!”
Later, Ramesh posts the new rules in the chawl. Mahindra reads them and questions their purpose. Ramesh explains that the rules are a result of Bapodhara’s issues with Dilip and Hasmukh. The chawl residents reluctantly agree. Dilip takes a photo of the rules and declares that he’ll make them go viral on social media, accusing Bapodhara of being a dominating landlord. He leaves, while Mahindra prays to Bappa to bring change in both Dilip and Bapodhara.
Back at the juvenile home, the warden introduces Pushpa to Rabi, Saurabh, and Badri, informing them that she is taking responsibility for their bail. The boys refuse, saying, “If our parents couldn’t change us, neither can you.” The warden tells Pushpa it’s pointless to help them and suggests sending them back to the juvenile home. However, Pushpa insists on taking responsibility for them. The boys mock her, thinking she’s crazy, but decide to go with her since her home seems better than the juvenile home and provides a chance to escape.
At the office, Deepti enters Varun’s cabin. Varun tells her not to overthink the parking lot incident and suggests ending the matter with an apology. Deepti says sorry, and Varun surprises her with his calm demeanor, saying, “I’m also sorry; I didn’t see the board.” Varun asks Deepti to introduce him to the staff. She introduces everyone, and Varun tells his employees, “You can call me Varun.” Everyone is happy with his friendly attitude.
Later, Pushpa approaches Bapodhara and requests permission to let Rabi, Saurabh, and Badri stay in the colony. Bapodhara refuses outright. Pushpa discusses the matter with her family, who express concerns. Prarthna, however, asks the family to trust Pushpa’s decision. Chirag criticizes Pushpa’s choice, leading her to rebuke him, saying she is determined to change the boys. Even Ashwin voices his disapproval. Chirag storms off, saying he won’t support her. Dilip overhears the conversation and expresses his support for Pushpa. However, Pushpa tells him, “It’s good you’re on my side, but please don’t interfere in this matter.” Dilip secretly plans to use the three boys to his advantage against Bapodhara.
Bapodhara sees the viral post about him and learns from Sunny that people view him as a biased leader. Sunny advises him to improve his reputation. Meanwhile, Dilip promises Pushpa his support but plots to manipulate the situation to his benefit.
