The episode starts with Nagaraj questioning Deepti in the court. Nagaraj shows messages to Deepti and asks Deepti if she sent these messages to Varun. Deepti says yes. Nagaraj asks Deepti why has she sent smiling and love emojis to Varun. Deepti says those are just emojis. Nagaraj argues that those are her feelings for Varun. Deepti requests the judge to allow her to question Nagaraj. Deepti asks Nagaraj to please open his phone. Nagaraj gives his phone and shows it to Deepti. Deepti shows to the judge that Nagaraj sent a knife symbol to one person and asks Nagaraj if he is going to kill him. Nagaraj says those are just emojis. Deepti says the same way her emojis are just emojis and nothing more than that. Nagaraj allows Deepti to leave the stand. Nagaraj calls Pushpa to the witness stand.
Badshah, Chewing gum are shown to be searching for Chandresh in the social media to catch him as he is the one who stole the documents from Pushpa’s house.
Nagaraj asks Pushpa if he doesn’t feel worried when Deepti goes to night shifts. Pushpa says no and says she trusts Deepti. Nagaraj asks Pushpa if she doesn’t mind Deepti having boyfriends. Pushpa says she also has friends who are men and shows Dilip, Juggal and Mahinder in the court.
Nagaraj shows a few emails to Pushpa and asks Pushpa if she doesn’t think it is wrong for Deepti to send these emails. Pushpa says these emails are fake as she knows Deepti would never send these emails.
Chandel says they should ask Varun to confirm if he got these emails. Varun comes to the stand and says he didn’t get these emails.
Nagaraj later calls Ashwin to the witness stand. Nagaraj questions Ashwin if he doesn’t have problem with Deepti doing night shifts with Varun. Ashwin says he trusts Deepti and he also trust Varun and comments on it. Nagaraj asks Ashwin how does he feel after seeing the video of Varun hugging Deepti. Ashwin asks Nagaraj who shooted this video. Kavya says she wasn’t at the party at that time: The judge adjourns the court for a break.
Sonal praises Ashwin on the way he is supporting Deepti. Ashwin comments on it.
Manoj asks the constables to find Chandresh at any cost. Bapodara calls Badshah and asks him to go and bring Ram Sevak to the court. Badshah agrees.
Varun comments on Kavya for lying in the court that she wasn’t at the party. Varun says that he will not lie for her in the court.
The court session starts after the break. Chandel calls Ramsevak to the witness stand. Chandel with Ramsevak’s testimony proves that Kavya has come to the party.
Chandel calls Varun to the stand and asks him if he ever thought Deepti was hitting on him. Varun says yes and comments on it.
It is shown Kavya blackmails Varun that she will slit her wrist if he doesn’t lie for her in the court. Varun agrees.
Chandel later calls Kavya to the witness stand. Chandel asks Kavya why has she gone to the party. Kavya says she has gone to support her husband and there she saw Varun hugging Deepti. Chandel asks Kavya if she ever asked anyone to keep an eye on Varun. Kavya says no.
Chandel calls Kalindi to the witness stand. It is shown Bapodara offers help to Pushpa. Dilip asks Bapodara to find a witness who proves that Kavya is a repeat offender. Bapodara agrees. Bapodara asks Badshah to always follow Kavya.
Chewing gum learns about Kalindi by following Kavya.
Kalindi comes to the witness stand and says Kalindi is friend of Kavya and she asked her to keep an eye on Varun as she thinks Varun has affair with Deepti. Kalindi says Kavya asked her to do this several times before in the past.
Kavya says she still thought Varun has affair with Deepti. Nagaraj calls Deepti’s colleagues to the stand to prove Deepti likes Varun.
Nagaraj after that requests the judge to punish Deepti.
