The episode starts with Varun testifying against Deepti in the court. Deepti’s colleagues also testify in the court against Deepti.
Chandel says to the judge that Varun has the soft spot for Deepti but it doesn’t mean anything. Nagaraj says to the judge that Kavya might have used the wrong means to solve this matter but her accusation is true. Nagaraj asks the judge to take strict action against Deepti. The judge gives time till tomorrow to file the counter.
Kavya later threatens Deepti that she is going to sue them for Rs 1 crore for trying to ruin her reputation.
Pushpa asks Chandel if it is possible to prove in the court that Kavya is insecure with Varun. Chandel says they don’t have time for it. Chandel says he will try to see what he can do and leaves from there.
Bapodara, Badshah and others come to Pushpa and they reveal to Pushpa that they caught the thief who stole Kavya’s file from her home and says his name is Chandresh Makwana. Bapodara says Badshah and his brothers helped him a lot in all of this. Ashwin says he will come in a while and leaves from there.
Ashwin calls Varun and says to Varun that he is right outside his house and asks Varun to come outside. Varun meets Ashwin. Ashwin says to Varun that he should have understood by now what is Kavya’s role in all of this. Ashwin says to Varun that he knows he is a good guy. Ashwin says to Varun now the ball is in his court and says to Varun he hopes Varun will do the right thing. Ashwin later leaves from there.
Prarthna thanks Bapodara for helping them. Bapodara comments on it and later leaves from there.
Pushpa talks to Susheela and says to Susheela that she is so happy Prarthna and Bapodara talked normally for the first time and comments on it. Bapodara later leaves from there.
Pushpa later recalls Kavya playing with her bracelet when she is stressed. Pushpa calls Chandel and says to
Chandel about it over the phone.
The next day, Pushpa’s family come to the court. The reporters ask Pushpa if she thinks they will get the verdict in Deepti’s favour. Kavya comments on Pushpa and later leaves from there.
The court session starts, Chandel makes Chandresh testify in the court that he stole the file from Dilip’s house at the order of Kavya.
Chandel later calls Kavya’s psychiatrist to the witness stand. Chandel makes Kavya’s psychiatrist testify in the court and prove that Kavya has insecurity issues.
Chandel later asks Divan to come to the witness stand. It is shown Varun asks Diwan to tell the truth in the court if he is asked to testify in the court. Varun says he will make sure he doesn’t get into any problem.
Diwan testifies in the court against Kavya and says Kavya has fired 3 people before just like Deepti.
Deepti later makes a statement in the court about women going to work.
The judge after taking all the proof into consideration punishes Deepti with 6 months jail time and orders High Rise company to pay a compensation of Rs 50 lakhs for Deepti.
The reporters asks Pushpa’s family how does it feel as they have won the case. Deepti comments on it.
The reporters ask Varun if he is not ashamed with what happened. Varun apologises to Deepti infront of everyone and takes his leave.
