The episode starts with the judge asking the lawyer where is the prosecution. The lawyer says prosecution is on the way. Rajveer’s ex-wife enters the court as the prosecutor. Rajveer gets shocked seeing his ex-wife as the prosecutor with his daughter sitting in the stand. Rajveer’s ex-wife apologises to the judge for being late and says Amit Sharma has gone out of station and he appointed her to handle this case. The judge asks Rajveer to start the court proceedings. Rajveer says to the judge that he doesn’t want to argue his case. The judge hearing it gives one day time for Rajveer to hire a lawyer to argue his case in the court. Rajveer’s ex-wife takes her daughter and leaves from there. Rajveer later leaves with the cops. Pushpa goes after Rajveer.
Kadambari stops Pushpa and comments on Pushpa as Rajveer has given up the battle even before the battle has started. Pushpa comments on Kadambari and leaves from there.
Juggal warns Kadambari to stop the games that she is playing and comments on her. Juggal leaves from there. Kadambari doesn’t heed Juggal’s warning and she vows to send Rajveer to jail.
Pushpa comes to Rajveer and asks Rajveer why has he refused to argue this case. Rajveer comments on Pushpa and says to Pushpa that she couldn’t even enquire who is the opponent lawyer. Rajveer leaves from there.
Dileep asks Pushpa if she found out why Rajveer has refused to argue this case and who is the opponent lawyer. Pushpa says she doesn’t know but she has to find out about this Rohini Sharma and says it looks like there is a connection in between Rajveer and Rohini.
Pushpa comes to Kadambari. Kadambari asks Pushpa if she knows why Rajveer has ran away before the battle even begun. Pushpa says to Kadambari that is why she came here to know about it as Kadambari knows the answer to it. Kadambari first teases Pushpa that she will not tell her the answer but she later tells Pushpa that Roshini Sharma is the ex-wife of Rajveer. Kadambari says to Pushpa that she has done her homework on Rajveer to take revenge on him and now she got this chance in the form of this case so she made Roshini appear infront of him as an opponent lawyer and comments on it.
Pushpa in her home says to Juggal and Dileep that this is all Kadambari’s doing and comments on it. Susheela comes to Pushpa and says to Pushpa that today is Randan chatth and says they have to prepare food today and tomorrow is Shitala Satam so they cannot cook any food so they should make all the food today and eat the food tomorrow evening. Pushpa says if one item comes from every house it will be easy.
Suman asks Kadambari why has Rajveer given up the case. Kadambari says he has a wound in his heart as last time he has lost his reputation due to same kind of accusation as this time. Kadambari says he was innocent then and he is also innocent now. Suman asks Kadambari what is she saying. Kadambari asks Suman not to act infront of her and says she knows Rajveer has not even laid his hands on her. Suman hearing it stays silent.
All the Chawl people prepare food for Shitala Satam. Pushpa comes to meet Rajveer. Rajveer clarifies to Pushpa that he doesn’t want to argue this case and asks Pushpa to leave it and leaves from there.
Juggal sends the address of Roshini Sharma to Pushpa so that she can talk to Roshini Sharma to figure out a way. Pushpa thanks Juggal over the phone and leaves from there.
Pushpa comes to Roshini’s apartments and she waits for Roshini and Riya outside the house. Pushpa spots Riya and tries to talk to her about Rajveer. Pushpa says to Riya that Rajveer is innocent. Riya argues with Pushpa if Rajveer was innocent he wouldn’t run away but he would fight against those accusations. Riya says to Pushpa how much she used to love Rajveer in the past and says now she just hates him and comments on it. Pushpa records what Riya said to her.
Pushpa asks the constable to give the audio recording of her and Riya’s conversation and this letter to Rajveer. The constable agrees. The constable gives the audio recording and the letter to Rajveer.
Pushpa returns to her home. Pushpa praises her family as she made food for the whole Chawl. Dileep asks Pushpa if Rajveer has agreed to argue his case. Pushpa says Rajveer hasn’t agreed but she came up with a plan and hope that works and comments on it.

Precap:- Naina comments on Rajveer in the court to Bhatnakar saying he is going to be proven guilty. Pushpa comments on Naina. Kadambari says this is war and everything is fair in war. Pushpa says to Kadambari that she has started the war but Rajveer will end it.
