The episode begins with Viren telling Kadambari over the phone that Pushpa has claimed to have evidence that can turn the case in her favour. Kadambari tells Viren that until they find out what evidence Pushpa has, they cannot do anything. She adds that for now, they must ensure Pushpa does not reach the court. Viren agrees.
Pushpa discusses the court hearing with her family. She asks Bapodara to make sure that none of the children from the chawl go outside, as Kadambari might do something dangerous. Bapodara agrees. Pushpa’s family says they must figure out how to send Pushpa to court safely, as Kadambari might attack her again. Pushpa agrees.
Rashi argues with Rishabh and reminds him that Pushpa was shot, which is why she rushed there. Rishabh asks Rashi to understand his concern and says that someone attacked Pushpa, and those people might target her as well. Rashi says she understands his concern. Rishabh then says that Rashi should stay away from Pushpa so that their family does not become collateral damage.
Pushpa steps out of the chawl while Viren’s goons are shown keeping watch outside. Pushpa pretends to suffer a heart attack. Bapodara and the others rush to help her.
Viren’s goons inform Viren that Pushpa has suffered a heart attack. Viren asks them to confirm the information. An ambulance is called, and Pushpa is taken to the hospital. Viren’s goons follow the ambulance and later inform Viren that Pushpa has been admitted to City Hospital. Viren believes that he will now surely get Titli’s custody.
During the court hearing, the judge asks Joshipura about Pushpa’s absence. Joshipura informs the judge that Pushpa is unable to attend due to her health condition. Viren takes the witness stand and tells the judge that Pushpa has suffered a heart attack and is unfit to take care of Titli. He requests the judge to grant him Titli’s custody, claiming to be her uncle. Joshipura agrees and adds that custody should be given to Viren only if he is truly Titli’s uncle. When the judge questions him, Joshipura reveals that Pushpa had already given him certain documents, anticipating that she might not reach the court. He also submits the bullet casing as evidence, stating that Pushpa was attacked earlier.
The jailer informs Kadambari that Pushpa has suffered a heart attack and is hospitalised. Kadambari believes that Viren will now get Titli’s custody.
The judge questions Viren about his involvement in the attack on Pushpa. Viren denies the allegation and argues that since he is Titli’s uncle and Pushpa is unwell, he deserves custody.
Just then, Pushpa arrives in court and announces that she is completely fine. She reveals that she staged the heart attack to reach the court safely, as she had already been attacked earlier.
Pushpa further tells the judge that she conducted an independent DNA test, which proves that Kadambari is not Titli’s mother. Viren claims that the DNA report could be fake. Pushpa responds that she is ready for another DNA test ordered by the court. The judge says he will consider the matter, but Pushpa insists there is no need as she has another piece of evidence.
