The episode begins with Dilip telling Juggal that once they get confirmation from the lab technician, they can figure out how to trace the man. Juggal agrees. Juggal receives a call and learns that Tepla has traces of poison. He informs Dilip about it. Rashi gets a call and learns that her next shoot is in Kanpur. Basanti overhears the name Kanpur and asks which area in Kanpur. Rashi says it must be inside the town. She goes to pack her luggage to leave for the shoot. Basanti receives a message, checks it, and Deepti sees it. She becomes suspicious about whose messages Pushpa is getting and decides to follow her.
Dilip and Juggal enter Viren’s office and confront him, asking why he tried to kill Pushpa by adding poison to Tepla. Viren threatens to kill Juggal first if he wants to kill anyone. He denies the accusation, saying they have no proof and tells them he will call the police. Juggal retorts that the police will come, but to arrest him. He warns Viren to stay away from Pushpa and leaves with Dilip. Viren tells Suneel they need to find out who Pushpa’s new enemy is and suggests that Basanti might want to meet him to discuss it.
Students talk to Pushpa, telling her that her video will go viral and attract more customers to her shop. Pushpa responds in her Gujarati slang. The girl asks for coffee and then starts drawing Pushpa’s portrait, causing Pushpa to recall some flashes of memory. The student praises Pushpa’s Gujarati. After drinking tea, the students learn about Chunni Ganj’s address from the butler and leave. The butler asks Pushpa why her slang is changing to Gujarati when talking to the students. Pushpa says she’s confused as well.
Basanti wonders how to meet Viren. Rashi finishes packing her bags. Prathna asks what she will bring back from Kanpur. Basanti tells Rashi to bring Chunni from Chunni Ganj. Deepti overhears and asks how Basanti knows about it. Basanti lies, saying she searched on Google. She leaves, and Deepti decides to follow her.
Ashwari visits her previous doctor for a second opinion and shares her situation. The doctor suggests another test, which also comes back positive. The doctor wonders how two tests could be positive if Ashwari doesn’t have any physical relationships. Ashwari breaks down.
Deepti follows Basanti without her knowledge. Shoba is shocked to learn that Ashwari is pregnant and throws her out of the house. Ashwari snaps out of her imagination and rushes out of class.
Brahmanand visits Basanti’s shop. Pushpa tells him she wants to thank the people who saved her by informing him of her location. Brahmanand agrees to call them to her shop so they can enjoy her thali. Pushpa agrees, hoping to learn some truths.
On the way, Basanti notices Deepti following her. She thinks about how she made Prathna record all the chawl members’ contacts in her phone. Basanti calls Hasmukh and tells him to meet her at a location she sends him, warning him not to get exposed. Basanti sends the auto driver to wait, and later, Hasmukh arrives. Deepti is shocked to see Hasmukh.
Pushpa meets the person who saved her and learns about the events of the day she was found. Hasmukh asks why she called him. Basanti admits that she knows she sabotaged the drainage and pretended to fix it. Hasmukh acknowledges she guessed correctly but says no one believes her and leaves. Deepti is puzzled by their conversation.
Pushpa and the butler arrive at Devi Chawl, where Pushpa experiences flashes of the past and suddenly falls unconscious. Everyone is worried, and Pandit sprinkles water on her face. She regains consciousness. The butler asks if she is fine, and Pushpa inquires about a fight with Trishul, recalling a glimpse of it. The butler reveals that Bulku’s death occurred because of her, but it was due to a knife. Pushpa prays to the goddess for help in remembering who she truly is.
Pushpa, the butler, and Tripati meet the inspector. Pushpa sees the headset the police found near her after the accident. She thanks the inspector and leaves. Juggal and Dilip spot Pushpa returning home, and Dilip tells Juggal that Viren is not the one who planned to kill Pushpa, and they still don’t know who the actual culprit is. The police arrive. Basanti becomes fearful of being caught.
