The episode starts with Kadambari challenging Pushpa to a Matki-breaking competition. Pushpa tells Kadambari that if there is a competition, then the loser must leave the Chawl. Kadambari agrees. However, she tells Pushpa that if she wins, Pushpa must agree to a condition written inside an envelope. She asks Pushpa if she accepts the challenge, and Pushpa says yes.
A few hours earlier, in court, the proceedings of Rajveer’s case are shown.
Rohini presents messages in court, claiming that Rajveer sent indecent texts to Koyal. She also accuses him of being a repeat offender. Rajveer denies the allegations, telling the judge he has been framed. He argues that anyone could have sent those messages from his phone and then deleted them. To prove his point, Rajveer sends a message to the judge and then deletes it from his phone. Rohini makes comments on Rajveer’s defense.
Rajveer calls Bhatnakar to the witness stand and asks where he was on the night of the molestation incident. Bhatnakar says he was at home. Rajveer plays a video showing Bhatnakar’s driver telling another driver that Bhatnakar had work at the college that night. Rajveer then calls the driver to testify, and the driver admits the video is truthful. Rajveer points out that Bhatnakar gave false testimony.
Next, Rajveer calls Ghanshyam to the stand. Ghanshyam testifies that he saw Bhatnakar, with a scarf over his face, stealing Suman’s file. Rohini cross-examines Ghanshyam, asking how he could identify Bhatnakar if his face was covered. Ghanshyam replies that he sees Bhatnakar daily. Rohini then challenges him to identify students wearing scarves in the college, but he fails to do so, weakening his testimony.
Rajveer calls Kadambari next and asks if she knows Suman. She denies it. Rajveer plays a call recording showing Suman contacting her. Kadambari claims Suman called to tell her that Pushpa was following her.
Bapodara is called to the stand and states he saw Suman at the hospital.
When Suman testifies, she says she went to the hospital because she was sick. Rajveer asks for a prescription, but Suman remains silent.
Principal Dhanvijay testifies that Suman applied for a ₹7,50,000 loan, which was later rejected. Rajveer thanks him for the information. The judge announces that the proceedings will continue the next day.
After court, Rajveer sees Riya leaving and tries to talk to her, but Rohini stops him, telling him to use all his strategies because she is ready to face him and he will lose.
Later, Pushpa, Koyal, and Rajat talk. Pushpa asks Koyal how Rohini got the messages. Rajat says he doesn’t know. Koyal asks them for Aadhaar cards for the cultural committee. Pushpa notices Rajat’s father’s name is Kotak and realizes he is the same Kotak she worked with at Nanavati School. She understands how the prosecution got the evidence.
In the Chawl, preparations for Janmashtami begin. Kadambari again challenges Pushpa to the Matki-breaking competition. Pushpa agrees but adds the condition that Kadambari must leave the Chawl if she loses. Kadambari hesitates but eventually agrees, adding her own condition, which she writes and seals in an envelope, handing it to Susheela. She says Pushpa will know the condition later and provokes her into agreeing. Pushpa accepts the challenge.
