The episode starts with Kadambari saying to Pushpa that if she wins in the Dahi Handi competition then Kadambari will leave this Chawl. Kadambari says if she wins the competition then Pushpa needs to agree to the condition that is written in the envelope. Pushpa agrees to Kadambari’s condition. Pushpa’s family advise Pushpa’s to not agree to Kadambari’s condition but Pushpa doesn’t heed their advice.
Suman gets into Bhatnakar’s car. Suman asks Bhatnakar why has he called her at this time. Bhatnakar asks Suman how did the principal know about the loan. Suman says she doesn’t know. Naina sees Suman has gotten into Bhatnakar’s car. Bhatnakar warns Suman to make sure his name doesn’t come out in all of this. Suman agrees.
Pushpa’s family and well wishers in the Chawl reprimand Pushpa for accepting Kadambari’s challenge without knowing the condition of what is at stake. Pushpa says to Juggal that she is doing this for him so that she can throw Kadambari out of this Chawl and comments on it. Kadambari thinks she has to win this competition at any cost.
Naina stops Bhatnakar’s car. Naina asks Bhatnakar why has Suman come to meet him when he is not involved in all of this. Bhatnakar asks Naina to stay out of this and reminds Naina that she is the one who wanted Rajveer to be out of the college and comments on it. Naina says to Bhatnakar what he is doing is wrong. Bhatnakar comments on it.
Pushpa dreams of Rajveer proven guilty in court and he gets punished for 3 years jail sentence. Pushpa later gets restricated from the college for supporting Rajveer. Pushpa wakes up from her dream and hopes that her dream will not come true.
In the court, Rajveer calls Suman to the witness stand. Rajveer asks Suman how has she applied for the loan. Suman says she has applied to the HR department. Rajveer asks Suman if her loan has been rejected. Suman says yes. Rajveer asks Suman why has she applied for the loan. Suman stays silent. Rohini objects saying it is Suman’s personal. Suman leaves from there.
Rajveer calls Bhatnakar to the witness stand. Bhatnakar asks Rajveer if he has rejected Suman’s loan as she is not a permanent employee and she is not eligible for the loan. Rajveer agrees and says to Bhatnakar but he has no right to delete the loan application from the computer. Rohini objects saying this topic is irrelevant to the case. Bhatnakar leaves from there.
Rajveer calls Ghanshyam and asks Ghanshyam to tell the court how Bhatnakar has threatened him that he will fire him for giving his testimony in the court against Bhatnakar. Ghanshyam says about it. Later Ghanshyam leaves the witness stand.
Rajveer later calls Dr BS Sinha city hospital HOD to the witness stand. Dr BS Sinha says Suman’s son needs a heart transplant surgery and she needs money for it. Dr BS Sinha says he arranged for some money for her son and she needs to pay Rs 7,50,000. The doctor says she has paid for that money.
Rajveer says to the judge the Suman’s application has been rejected on 1st Aug just before the day of the incident but she paid the money on 3rd Aug and asks Suman how did she get that money. Rohini asks Rajveer if he wants to say that Suman has done all of this for money. Rohini comments on Rajveer. Rajveer comments on it.
The judge asks Rajveer to get to the point. Rajveer says an Suman’s son needs a surgery and her loan application has been rejected on 1st Aug and still Suman has been able to pay for Rs 7,50,000 and they do not know how she got that money just after the incident. The judge says the court proceedings will start after lunch break.
In the lunch break, Rajveer and others find out an NGO organisation named Goyal foundation has donated Rs 7,50,000 to Suman son’s operation and the owner of that foundation is Nitin Goyal. The principal recalls Nitin Goyal is a friend of Bhatnakar and Nitin Goyal is the goal keeper of Bhatnakar’s football team and he says to Rajveer about it saying there is a photo of them together in Bhatnakar’s cabin. Rajveer asks the principal to get that photo. The principal agrees.
The judge starts the court proceedings. Rajveer calls for Bhatnakar to the witness stand again. Rajveer says to the court that a NGO organisation named Goyal foundation has transferred the money of Rs 7,50,000 to Suman and shows the photo to the court saying Nitin Goyal is a friend and goal keeper of Bhatnakar’s college. Rajveer asks Bhatnakar if he is involved in Suman getting the charity from Goyal’s foundation. Rohini asks the judge what’s wrong with Bhatnakar helping Suman’s son through his friend’s charity. Rajveer says people like Bhatnakar like to show off their charity they have done and they do not try to hide it and comments on it.
Rajveer later calls Naina to the witness stand. Rajveer asks Naina if she hates him. Naina says yes. Rajveer asks Naina what about Bhatnakar. Naina says he also hates Rajveer.
Rajveer later says to the court that Bhatnakar hates Rajveer and first he rejected Suman’s loan application and later deleted Suman’s loan application. Suman was able to get charity of Rs 7,50,000 from Goyal foundation whose owner is a friend of Bhatnakar. Rajveer says this is all a conspiracy and comments on it.
The court gives half an hour break and says the court proceedings will start after that.
Rajveer says to Pushpa that this proof is not enough and says they have to break Suman to admit her crime and comments on it.
