The episode starts with Pushpa saying to the judge that she would like to present a few witnesses who will answer Rajveer’s questions.
Rashi gets a call from Rishabh. Rishabh says to Rashi that he would like to meet her and asks Rashi to come out of the Chawl and says he will come and meet her. Rashi agrees.
Pushpa calls Lata to the witness stand. Lata gives her testimony in the court that Ravindra used to work in Solgate metal company as floor cleaner and one of his work was to throw waste chemical water into the water. Lata says after that Ravindra has gotten ill and they went to the hospital. They learnt that Ravindra has gotten ill due to waste chemical water. Lata also says Ravindra has also learnt that the people in the Basti are also getting sick due to waste chemical water. Lata says Ravindra has gone to his superiors and told them about it. Lata says Solgate company has fired Ravindra the next day. Lata says the Solgate metal company has threatened them not to tell anyone about the waste management if not they will kill him and his family.
Rishabh comes to Rashi. Rishabh says go Rashi that they should go and get married right away and asks Rashi to come to the temple with him. Rishabh later says to Rashi how he find out the truth that his mother was the one who has swapped the real gold chain with fake gold chain. Rashi stops Rishabh.
Pushpa makes Ravindra write his testimony as he couldn’t speak. Ravindra writes that he used to work in waste management and he got sick due to handle chemical waste and when he has gone to his superiors about it they fired him and threatened him not to tell anyone that due to chemical waste everyone in the Basti are getting sick.
Pushpa later says to the judge that Ravindra still hasn’t lost hope after being fired he gathered all the evidence and hid it some place safe and when he learnt that she has filed a case against Solgate company. Ravindra used his contact to get this information to her.
Rajveer argues in the court that Ravindra has lost his job because he is careless worker and he has stolen confidential information of the company. Pushpa asks Rajveer if he is talking about the information that Ravindra has gathered all these years. Pushpa comments on it.
Rashi says to Rishabh that she cannot marry him this way and says she will only agree to marry him when his family gives her family the same respect that her family has given them and comments on it.
Pushpa later calls maintenance engineer to the witness stand. The maintenance engineer says that the the company standards are not according to environmental standards and says they have filed that report. Pushpa says she has filed that report in the court.
Rajveer asks the judge to allow him to talk to Vikram. The judge adjourns the court. Rajveer asks Vikram to give Rs 5 lakhs as compensation to the victims if not he might go to jail. Vikram agrees at Rajveer’s insistence.
Vikram testifies in the court that he is ready to pay Rs 5 lakhs to the victims. Pushpa doesn’t agree. Vikram says the compensation has already been given to the Basti people with Bapodara’s hands.
Pushpa calls Bapodara to the witness stand. Bapodara says to Pushpa how he was suspicious when a foreign NGO company wanted to make him a brand ambassador and he investigated and found that it is a fake NGO run by Solgate company. Pushpa says Bapodara has come to her and told him about it. Pushpa says she asked Bapodara to go with the flow and they will expose when the time is right.
Pushpa later demands ten court to make Vikram pay Rs 25 lakhs to victims, clean the water that the Basti uses and close the Solgate company. The judge agrees with Pushpa’s compensation amount and orders Solgate company to pay Rs 25 lakhs to the victims.
