The episode starts with Ashwari confiding in Deepti that Shoba had suspected her after seeing her Vomiting. Ashwari explains that she lied, claiming it was due to food poisoning, and tells Deepti that the situation can only be managed for 10 days. She then asks what they should do after that. Deepti advises her to keep it hidden until they uncover the truth.
Ashwari receives a call from Dr. Kyati, who asks her to come to the clinic immediately to discuss an important matter. Ashwari agrees, and Deepti decides to accompany her.
Meanwhile, Brahmanand brings Pushpa to the market. A shopkeeper recognizes Pushpa and mentions that she had come to buy a headset while traveling in a vehicle. Pushpa explains that she doesn’t remember anything due to the accident. The shopkeeper adds that, two days after her visit, some people came looking for her. Pushpa begins to wonder who those three people might have been.
Elsewhere, Basanti reflects on her moments with Juggal and realizes she has fallen in love with him. She thanks Ketli Maiyya for bringing him into her life.
Ashwari and Deepti meet Dr. Kyati. Dr. Kyati questions Deepti about her experience at the Gayatri Gynic Center. Ashwari recounts how they performed an internal examination and injected a liquid, and three weeks later, she started showing pregnancy symptoms with a positive result. She anxiously asks Dr. Kyati what had happened.
Dr. Kyati explains that she had sent a patient named Ashwari Menon for IUF (intrauterine fertilization), but there was a mix-up, and the procedure was mistakenly performed on her instead. Dr. Kyati reveals that she only found out today from Ashwari Menon.
Ashwari is shocked and asks how such a mistake could happen. She worries about how she will explain this to her mother-in-law and society. Deepti comforts her and suggests aborting the baby to avoid further trouble. Dr. Kyati assures them that she will take legal action against Gayatri Gynic Center. She promises to consult the gynecologist involved in the procedure and asks Ashwari to remain calm.
Rashi is ready to leave for Kanpur. Basanti excitedly lists important places to visit in Kanpur, surprising everyone. When questioned, Basanti lies, claiming she searched for the information online. Dilip jokes that, even with memory loss, she hasn’t forgotten her “jugaad.” Rashi leaves for Kanpur.
Basanti receives a phone call, and Dilip points out that her phone is ringing. Basanti nervously claims it’s a customer care call. She picks up the phone, and Viren informs her that he has reached the designated place.
Guru Bhasin meets Viren. Viren asks if the Tepla plan belongs to Guru, and Guru confirms it. Viren reveals that he is glad the plan failed because the woman in Pushpa’s place is actually Basanti, whom he planted to carry out his work. Guru is shocked to hear this.
Lallan demands money from Pushpa. When she asks him to come back the next day, Lallan threatens to beat her in the market again if she doesn’t pay. After he leaves, Pushpa shares her concerns with Butler.
Ashwari receives a call from Gayatri Gynic Center. Shoba sees the incoming call, and Ashwari notices her reaction. When Shoba questions her about it, Ashwari lies and leaves. Later, Ashwari calls the hospital, and the nurse pleads with her not to file a complaint, assuring Ashwari that she will comply with her wishes.
Meanwhile, Pushpa is unable to sleep due to Lallan’s threats.
Hasmukh plans to sabotage Bapodhara’s reputation by contaminating the water tank with waste. While sneaking upstairs, he overhears Deepti telling Ashwari that she can abort the baby without anyone finding out. Hasmukh shifts his focus to Ashwari’s situation instead.
Pushpa confides in Butler, saying she feels incapable of stealing anything. Butler remarks that Basanti was known for stealing but notes that Pushpa seemed different when she returned the items. Pushpa admits that she feels like she is not the Basanti from Chunniganj. Butler brushes off her overthinking and leaves.

Precap: Shekar arrives at Rashi’s house and is shocked to see Basanti there. Basanti is equally stunned to see him.
