The episode starts with Rashi revealing to Arjun that Pushpa and Bapodara weren’t following her but they have gone to meet Shambu. Rashi comments on Shambu as he talked rudely with Pushpa. Rashi later leaves from there after talking with Shambu.
Anand calls Shambu and informs him that Arjun has come to meet Rashi. Shambu after hearing it thinks Pushpa wasn’t able to convince him to stop the demolition and now Pushpa is sending her daughter Rashi after his son Shambu and comments on it.
Shambu calls Kadambari and says to Kadambari that in the evening he is going to the Chawl to meet the Chawl people and asks Kadambari to come with her. Kadambari agrees.
Shambu and Kadambari come to the Chawl. Bapodara introduces Shambu and Kadambari to the Chawl people. Bapodara says Kadambari is the owner of the Chawl and she has given the lease to Shambu and now Shambu wants to construct his new factory Jadoo masala on this site. Kadambari reminds Bapodara that Shambu still hasn’t paid two installments and says once he pays those two installments she will give the lease to Shambu. Hasmukh says to Shambu that they have some questions they would like to ask him about. Shambu says to all the Chawl people that he is buying this land from Kadambari and he is going to be the new owner of this property and he also sent all the Chawl people to vacate their homes. Shambu says he knows nearly 200 people will be homeless if he vacates them that is why he is going to give them flat double the size of the land here and says until the flats are completed they can stay in rent and that rent will be paid by his company. Hasmukh and a few other Chawl people agree to Shambu’s demands. Pushpa asks Shambu where will they get the flats. Shambu says a few locations. Pushpa says all of them are far away. Pushpa asks Shambu not to make them homeless and comments on it. Hasmukh comments on Pushpa and they say they agree to the deal. Kadambari and Shambu leave from there.
Kadambari looks herself in the mirror and thinks about her sister Shubra and says to Shubra in her heart that Juggal belonged to her in the past and now Juggal will belong to Kadambari.
Pushpa and Juggal talk about the demolition of the Chawl. Juggal says he will talk to Kadambari once again and asks her to stop the demolition. Pushpa agrees.
Juggal comes to meet Kadambari and requests Kadambari to stop the demolition and not do the deal with Shambu. Kadambari agrees and puts forth a condition to Juggal. Juggal after hearing Kadambari’s condition leaves from there.

Precap:- the lawyer requests the judge to stop the demolition of Bapodara Chawl on the basis of humanitarian grounds. Shambu compliants to the judge that Pushpa’s daughter Rashi is trying to trap his son to stop the demolition and comments on them.
