The episode begins with Kadambari and her team reaching a secluded place, where she orders the goons to reveal where they have kept the girl. They show her the location and flee upon seeing her holding a pistol. Kadambari rescues the girl from the kidnapper by threatening him with the weapon.
The villagers discuss that their Sarpanch, Kadambari, bravely went alone to save the kidnapped girl. They see Kadambari returning in her jeep with her team. Gomati feels relieved after being reunited with her daughter, while Juggal smiles upon seeing his wife. Kadambari says the kidnapper will learn his lesson after receiving punishment. She hands him over to the police.
Titli also delivers a judgement like her mother in the kids’ panchayat. The elders applaud Kadambari, while the children cheer for Titli. Joshipura tells Pushpa that he has sent the water sample for testing but is worried about what will happen if the report is not clear. Pushpa says they will decide based on the report since they still don’t know the reason behind the pollution. Joshipura and Pushpa meet Batlar, who thanks them for visiting. Pushpa informs him that the water sample has been sent to the lab and they will soon know the cause behind his condition and the rising number of deaths. A doctor arrives and tells Pushpa that an NGO has offered help in arranging a kidney for Batlar’s transplant. Joshipura says Rajveer came as a saviour for Pushpa, and now this NGO has appeared like a blessing for Batlar. However, Pushpa grows suspicious and questions why an NGO would help without being contacted, and why Rajveer was in such a poor locality. She asks the doctor for the NGO’s details, determined to uncover the truth.
Meanwhile, Roshan and his friends collect money from colony residents in the name of arranging a new water connection. Later, Roshan counts the money to purchase a mobile phone. Bapodhara arrives at Mahindra’s shop and learns that Roshan collected contributions for a water connection that doesn’t exist. He sees Roshan with his friends and chases him, but Roshan escapes.
Pushpa meets the NGO representative and thanks her for helping with Batlar’s kidney transplant. She asks how many people the organisation has helped so far, but the woman says they cannot disclose such information. Pushpa decides to visit the NGO’s head office for further details.
Prarthna sits in her jeep, and Chirag approaches asking for a lift. She agrees, and they begin their journey. On the way, Chirag complains that Bapodhara is still not letting them meet even after years of marriage. Prarthna stops the jeep and smiles. She asks what he plans to tell Ashwin once he returns from London. Chirag says he will reveal the truth. Prarthna says he suffered losses and must clear everything before they can restart their love story. She asks him to get down, and he leaves.
Pushpa returns to Joshipura with a table and praises it. Joshipura reminds her that he arranged it and she didn’t contribute any money. Pushpa continues searching for the NGO’s head office and discovers that it is connected to Solgate Company. She wonders why such a big company is associated with an NGO. She then receives a call from the lab and learns that there is an excessive metallic waste presence in the water sample. Pushpa discusses with Joshipura how such a high amount of arsenic could have contaminated the water.
Later, Pushpa calls Ashwin and tells him that Chirag will pick them up, then disconnects. Swara brings tea, and they share a light moment. Chirag arrives home, and Pushpa tells him that Ashwin and Deepti are returning the next day, asking him to go to the airport and receive them. Chirag agrees. Pushpa then asks Swara to forgive Ashwin and Deepti, but Swara refuses and leaves.
