The episode starts with Juggal returning to the chawl. He asks Bapodara why everyone looks so upset. Bapodara replies that everyone has lost hope of winning the case and comments on the situation. Mahendra says they should start looking for another place to stay. Pushpa insists they shouldn’t give up without a fight. She asks the chawl residents if they should try putting pressure on Shambu through the court. Ashwin and others say there’s no use, as their stay order has already been rejected, and they comment on it. Pushpa notices Juggal looking distracted and asks him what he’s thinking about. Juggal replies that he’s thinking about the chawl and makes a comment. Pushpa, observing Juggal’s behavior, suspects that he is hiding something from her.
Meanwhile, Badshah shares his suspicion with Rashi that Arjun might be Shambu’s son and asks her to look into it. Rashi says she will find out and confirm. Badshah agrees.
Later, Bapodara, Pushpa’s family, and Dilip meet with the lawyer. Dilip suggests that many people in the chawl are sick and that they could seek a stay order on humanitarian grounds. The lawyer agrees that it’s possible. He makes a phone call and manages to schedule a hearing with the judge for the same day.
Rashi calls Arjun and tells him she wants to meet to talk about something important. Arjun lies, saying he’s in a meeting and will talk to her tomorrow. He grows anxious, worried that Rashi might find out he is Shambu’s son. Later, Rashi calls him again and bluntly asks who his parents are. Arjun says he’ll talk to her later and cuts the call.
In court, Bapodara’s lawyer requests a stay order on humanitarian grounds, pointing out that many people in the chawl are unwell. Shambu argues that he has already paid Kadambari and plans to pay the remaining amount. He also claims he offered the chawl residents Rs. 25 lakhs and flats double the size of their current homes, but Pushpa demanded more money. He accuses Pushpa of using her daughter Rashi to trap his son, Arjun. Pushpa denies the allegations. The lawyer asks Shambu if he has any proof. Shambu presents photos of Rashi and Arjun together.
Later, Rashi tells Badshah that Arjun isn’t answering her calls. Badshah asks if she confronted him about his parents. Rashi says yes and vents her frustration by throwing her phone. Badshah catches it and comments on her reaction. Rashi walks away.
Pushpa tells the judge that the photos are fake. Shambu then presents call records, showing that Rashi calls Arjun multiple times a day and comments on it. After hearing the arguments, the judge denies the stay order for the chawl.
