The episode starts with Susheela demanding that Bapodhara tell her what is happening between him and Dilip. She shows him a video she recorded. Bapodhara scolds her for spying on him and refuses to tell her anything, then walks away. He tries to call Dilip to warn him, but Dilip’s phone is switched off.
Ashwin tells Pushpa and Deepti that Dilip has not yet returned home. Pushpa says she doesn’t know what Dilip is planning. Just then, Bapodhara arrives. Pushpa scolds him for his actions. Soon after, Dilip arrives as well. Pushpa confronts him, asking if he made a false promise to Ashwin and Rashi. Everyone surrounds Dilip with questions, and Pushpa presses him for answers.
Bapodhara then reveals to Pushpa that Dilip wanted to surprise her by building a school for her, but he only has a few days left to live. Everyone is shocked and asks what happened to Dilip. Bapodhara reveals that Dilip’s cancer has returned. Pushpa asks Dilip why he didn’t tell them. She says, “We won’t let you leave.” She then tells him, “If you want to build a school for me, then fight the cancer and get cured—only then will I accept the school.” Ashwin and the others assure Dilip that they will support him in his battle against cancer.
Later, Pushpa asks Bapodhara to cancel the deal and let Dilip get his room back. Bapodhara says it’s not possible, but Pushpa gives him an ultimatum. Meanwhile, Saran and Ashwari discuss Kotak’s insecurities. Ashwari says the school feels empty without him and Pushpa. Saran reassures her, saying they will return soon after exposing the truth.
The doctor checks Dilip’s reports and advises that he should be admitted to the hospital. He prescribes some medicines and leaves. However, Dilip says he wants to stay with his family instead of being in the hospital. Pushpa urges him to agree to hospitalization for their sake. She asks him to focus on recovering while she handles everything else. Eventually, Dilip agrees, and Ashwin goes to get the medicines.
