The episode starts with Pushpa and her children arriving at the hospital happily. The DCP and her team also arrive. The doctor comes out and informs everyone that Dilip is out of danger. A man from Bullet Bhai’s gang overhears this. The DCP tells the doctor that she needs to meet Dilip because his life is still in danger from the attacker. The doctor gives permission. The DCP meets Dilip and asks if he knows who the attacker was. Dilip signals yes. The DCP then asks him to try and tell her the name. Dilip reveals the name, which shocks her. The DCP asks how he recognized the person, as the attacker was wearing a hoodie. Dilip explains that he recognized the attacker by his voice.
The DCP exits the room, and Pushpa immediately asks what Dilip said. The DCP reveals that the attacker is Bullet Bhai, also known as Guru Bhasin. Pushpa is shocked and recalls how they previously helped the police catch Guru Bhasin, asking if he isn’t still in jail. The DCP speculates that he may have escaped. Pushpa asks how Dilip recognized him. The DCP explains that it was through his voice, and that Dilip told her everything that happened that night. The DCP then instructs Manoj to alert the police team and stay at the hospital to guard Dilip. Manoj agrees, and Pushpa and her family go to meet Dilip.
Meanwhile, Viren tells Guru Bhasin that he has helped him with his task and asks Guru to complete his end of the deal. Guru Bhasin agrees. It is revealed that Viren had hired Guru Bhasin to eliminate Juggal and Pushpa. Guru Bhasin says he knows Pushpa well and will deal with Dilip first before getting rid of Pushpa and Juggal.
Babban calls Guru Bhasin to inform him that Dilip is out of danger and that the DCP has taken his statement. Guru Bhasin sarcastically asks if Dilip is invincible and orders Babban to kill him. Guru Bhasin informs Viren that Dilip has named him in his statement. Viren warns Guru that the police are probably searching for him, and that it’s best for him to leave, or they’ll both get caught. Guru Bhasin places a knife on Viren’s neck, showing his seriousness.
At the hospital, Pushpa and her children encourage Dilip to recover quickly. Rashi asks if Guru Bhasin will come back to attack him. Pushpa reassures her that Dilip will be fine. Dilip then falls asleep after being given a sedative.
Viren pleads with Guru Bhasin, reminding him that they are friends and asking him not to harm him. Guru Bhasin smiles and shaves his beard, changing his appearance. Viren sees him and comments that now no one will recognize him. Guru Bhasin confirms that he will not abandon his mission and promises to kill Pushpa and Juggal after dealing with Dilip. He assures Viren that he won’t reveal his name, even if he is caught. Viren praises Guru’s professionalism and advises him to finish the job in Kanpur, as Juggal and Pushpa are headed there. Guru agrees, strikes a photo of Pushpa, and declares that she is next. He then leaves.
Pushpa and her family thank Bappa for saving Dilip. Pushpa expresses concern about attending an exhibition given the situation. Ashwin assures her that they will manage at the hospital and encourages her to focus on her last exam and the exhibition. Rashi and Radha Kaku also agree with Ashwin, and Pushpa reluctantly agrees.
Babban informs Guru Bhasin over the phone that it’s difficult to enter Dilip’s room due to tight security. Guru orders him to keep an eye on the room and kill Dilip, stating he doesn’t want Dilip to see the next morning. Babban agrees. Guru sees that his wanted posters are all over the city. Meanwhile, Pushpa and her family visit Dilip in the hospital. Rashi feeds Dilip soup, and Juggal tells Dilip that Pushpa needs to attend the exhibition. Dilip agrees and encourages Pushpa to focus on her exam and exhibition. Manoj then arrives and warns Pushpa that Dilip is still in danger. Pushpa says that’s why she’s hesitant to leave, but Dilip insists she go, assuring her that the police and kids will take care of him. Pushpa finally agrees.
At a tea stall, Juggal tells Pushpa that he will go ahead to make the arrangements and asks her to join him after her exam. He’s on the phone, asking Ramesh to book flight tickets. Babban overhears the timing of their departure and informs Guru Bhasin. Viren gives Guru a brand-new Aadhar card. Guru promises to kill Pushpa while she is traveling from Lucknow to Kanpur by bus. He says Pushpa will die before she sees her exam results, and Babban will finish off Dilip. He also tells Viren that the next day he will take care of Juggal. Viren approves the plan and asks Suneel to book their tickets.
