The episode begins with Bapodhara asking Bipin to cancel the deal, but Bipin refuses and leaves. Susheela, who witnesses the conversation, glares at Bapodhara angrily.
Meanwhile, Deepti prepares to leave for work and informs Ashwin, Chirag, and Prathna before heading out.
Pushpa, in tears, comes to Juggal. She confides in him, saying she is struggling to see Dilip in his current condition. She admits that while she once prayed for his death, she now sees that he has changed, and their children need him. She explains that although Dilip needs medical treatment and hospitalization, he wants to spend time with his family. Pushpa expresses her wish to find the best doctor for Dilip. Juggal assures her that he will meet a specialist and arrange for her to speak with them. Relieved, Pushpa agrees.
Just then, Susheela arrives and asks Pushpa to come outside as she has something important to discuss. Pushpa agrees and leaves with her.
Meanwhile, a man follows a worker who has stolen a diamond worth ₹2 crore. In an attempt to evade suspicion, the worker secretly hides the diamond in Deepti’s bag and takes a photo of her car. The man then confronts the worker, demanding the diamond. The worker insists that he doesn’t have it. After checking him and finding nothing, the man lets him go but remains determined to recover the stolen diamond soon.
Elsewhere, Susheela and Pushpa meet Bapodhara and discuss their plan. With Rukmini’s help, they trick Bipin into believing that Dilip’s room is under legal dispute. This makes Bipin cancel the deal and return the room to Dilip, taking back his advance payment. Pushpa retrieves the room keys and gratefully thanks Rukmini for her help.
Later, Dilip starts coughing. Swara asks him if he is okay. Pushpa reassures her, saying that Dilip will recover soon and that it’s just an illness. She then tells Dilip that Juggal has gone to Pune to consult a specialist for his treatment. Dilip, however, requests that they keep his health condition a secret from Swara and Rashi, as he wants to cherish every moment with his family. He suddenly expresses a craving for ice cream. Just then, Swara joins the conversation, saying she also wants ice cream. The family sends Chirag to buy it.
Meanwhile, Deepti receives a call asking her to visit a site in Lonavala for an interior design project. She hesitates, concerned about Dilip’s health, and shares her dilemma with Pushpa. However, both Pushpa and Dilip encourage her to go, assuring her that everything will be fine. Deepti agrees.
Bapodhara and Susheela later visit Pushpa and ask if she has a surprise planned for Dilip. Curious, Dilip asks what they mean. Pushpa then hands him the keys to his room. Overwhelmed, Dilip thanks her. Bapodhara declares that from now on, he will never interfere in husband-and-wife matters.
However, Pushpa sets a condition—Dilip must stay in their house until he fully recovers. Dilip agrees but mentions that once he is better, he will return to his own room to avoid raising suspicion from Rashi. The family persuades him to stay at their house for the night, and he agrees. Juggal lightens the mood with a joke, making everyone smile.
Later, as Ashwin returns from a project, he notices someone standing on the road and stops the car. The worker, who had hidden the diamond, approaches Ashwin’s car, bangs on the window, and suddenly pulls out a gun, demanding they open the door. Meanwhile, the worker’s boss observes the situation from a distance.
