The episode starts with Kadambari asking Titli to come with her, but Titli refuses. She tells Deepti that she wants to stay with her and says that Kadambari is not her mother. Kadambari raises her hand to slap Titli, but Deepti stops her and says she will send Titli later and asks Kadambari to leave from there. Deepti explains to Titli that it is not right to talk to her mother like that. Titli again insists that Kadambari is not her mother, and Deepti asks her not to speak in this manner.
Juggal asks Pushpa what will happen if everything is connected to Kadambari and how Titli will live without her mother. Pushpa asks whether he would still protect Kadambari if they find out she is the culprit.
Rekha calls Pushpa and asks her to meet her. Pushpa asks who she is, but Rekha does not respond. Rishabh comes home angrily and throws the gifts Rashi gave him in one place. His mother asks what he is doing. Rishabh burns the gifts and says that he did what the family wanted and broke off his engagement with Rashi before leaving in anger.
Pushpa sees Rashi watching her engagement video. Pushpa says she understands that Rashi is missing Rishabh but adds that she did the right thing by taking time, as Rishabh’s family seemed strange from the beginning. Rashi says she stands by her decision. While watching the video, Pushpa notices Kadambari helping Rekha escape from the chawl. She immediately calls Prarthna and asks her to meet her.
Juggal questions Kadambari about why she is packing her luggage. Kadambari says Rekha is alive and is a threat to Titli. She adds that Titli has been misbehaving since coming here, so they need to leave. Juggal asks about the real matter and why Lakshman called her and revealed that the person who died was not Rekha but someone else. Kadambari denies knowing Lakshman and claims it is all Rekha’s trap. She tries to clear Juggal’s doubts with her tears and insists that they return to the village. Juggal asks her to tell the truth if she is hiding anything, saying they can find a solution together. He also mentions that he felt uneasy after the call from Lakshman.
Pushpa shows Prarthna the video of Kadambari helping Rekha escape from the chawl. Juggal presses Kadambari to reveal the truth. Pushpa and Prarthna arrive and confront Kadambari with the video. Meanwhile, Ansh wakes up screaming from a nightmare about his kidnapping. Swara comforts him and puts him back to sleep. Deepti and Ashwin see this and feel that their family is finally settling.
Kadambari tells Pushpa and Prarthna that Rekha kidnapped Titli, and to save her daughter, she helped Rekha escape. She asks what wrong she did. Pushpa replies that helping a culprit is also a crime. Prarthna questions why Kadambari never told her the truth. Kadambari says Rekha blackmailed her by threatening to harm Titli, which is why she stayed silent and insisted on leaving for the village. Juggal consoles Kadambari, while Pushpa and Prarthna leave. Juggal assures Prarthna that he will not let anything happen to Titli.
Outside, Pushpa tells Prarthna that Rekha is clearly after Titli and had even told Titli that Kadambari is not her real mother. Prarthna is shocked. Rekha calls Pushpa again and reminds her to meet on time to learn a life-changing secret. She warns Pushpa not to bring the police, or she will never know the truth. When Prarthna asks what happened, Pushpa hides the truth.
Kadambari dreams that the truth about Titli not being her real daughter is exposed and that the police come to arrest her. She murmurs in her sleep, begging not to be separated from Titli. Juggal wakes her up and assures her that Titli is safe. Kadambari then decides to kill Rekha to protect her past. She calls Lakshman and questions why his phone was switched off. Lakshman says the police are searching for him, so he is hiding. He also reveals that he saw Rekha talking to someone and planning to meet them at Road No. 11 at 10 p.m. Kadambari decides to end Rekha’s life.

Precap: Rekha believes Pushpa has come to meet her and reveals that Titli is Pushpa’s granddaughter, not Kadambari’s daughter. She says she is ready to become a witness if Pushpa saves her from the police. Suddenly, Kadambari removes the blanket from her face, shoots Rekha, and kills her. She turns around and is shocked to see Juggal standing there.
