The episode starts with a man stepping in front of Deepti and Ashwin’s car as they drive back from Lonavala. He points a gun at them. It is revealed that the man had hidden a stolen diamond in Deepti’s car. His boss watches from a distance. Ashwin quickly reacts, hitting the man to escape the gunshot. The man falls into the valley, and a passerby witnesses the incident. The boss sees this and wonders how to retrieve his diamond.
Meanwhile, Dilip wakes up and notices that Prathna is not in her place. He finds her studying outside and asks why she isn’t studying inside. Prathna replies that she doesn’t want to disturb others. Dilip smiles and says, “Seeing your determination, I feel you will become an IPS officer.” Prathna humbly responds that she is trying her best. Dilip encourages her, saying she will achieve it through her efforts. Prathna then turns the conversation towards him and says, “The same applies to you. If you believe in yourself, you can fight cancer.” She motivates him not to give up and asks him to stay strong for their family. Dilip agrees and tells her to get some rest. Prathna replies that she will sleep once Ashwin and Deepti return.
Elsewhere, Deepti and Ashwin stop their car, and Ashwin suddenly runs off. Deepti follows him. Meanwhile, the boss sneaks into their car, searching for the diamond but fails to find it. Ashwin and Deepti reach the fallen man along with others. A bystander accuses Ashwin of killing him. Shocked, Ashwin and Deepti look on in disbelief.
Back home, Pushpa approaches Dilip and Prathna. Prathna offers to make tea and goes inside. Dilip hands a document to Pushpa—it’s his will. He explains, “I want to be practical about things, so I have prepared this.” Pushpa, surprised, asks why it is necessary. Dilip clarifies, “I have named my properties after my children because I know you won’t take them.” Pushpa struggles to hold back her emotions. Changing the topic, she mentions that Ashwin and Deepti haven’t returned yet. Dilip reassures her, “They will come.”
Meanwhile, the police arrest Deepti and Ashwin. Ashwin explains to the inspector that he acted in self-defense to escape from the attacker. Just then, the boss arrives and falsely accuses them of stealing a diamond worth ₹2 crore. Ashwin is furious and asks if he has lost his senses. The boss threatens them, saying, “A hit-and-run case has already been filed against you. If you don’t return my diamond, I will file another case.” Ashwin insists they know nothing about it. Back home, Pushpa prays for her children’s safety.
Ashwin requests the inspector to allow him to call his family, but the inspector refuses. The boss then urges the police to search Ashwin’s car and house. The inspector instructs his team to proceed with the search and also note down their address.
The next morning, Pushpa informs the colony residents that Ashwin and Deepti didn’t return home last night. Just then, the police arrive and inform her that a complaint has been filed against them for stealing a ₹2 crore diamond and killing a man in a hit-and-run case. Everyone is shocked.
