The episode starts with Jai Kamat asking Raja what would he like to eat the most. Raja says he likes Pizza. Jai Kamat says he they will eat pizza together after he gets better. Jai Kamat takes Juggal and Sandhya outside the room. Jai Kamat says to Sandhya that this operation is really difficult but he will try his best to save Raja. Juggal thanks Kamat. Jai Kamat comments on it.
Pushpa struggles to herself on how to tell the truth to Radha. Varsha hopes that Radha will be able to accept the truth and nothing will happen to her. Mithalika sees the keys and she decides to find out what was Radha hiding from them last time. Mithalika opens the box and sees it.
Jai Kamat gets ready to do the operation. Pushpa calls Juggal and encourages Sandhya to think positively.
Jai Kamat gets cold feet holding the scalpel as he think about Dr Karnik. Jai Kamat says he will not be able to do it.
Mithalika sees the box is empty. Mithalika asks Varsha about it. Varsha asks Mithalika to lock it and puts the keys aside.
Radha asks the driver to pull aside and says they have to go to the temple. Pushpa and Radha get down at the temple.
Pushpa talks with Saran and Varsha over the phone. Pushpa says they haven’t reached Nashik yet but they stopped by at a temple. Varsha asks Pushpa to tell the truth to Radha. Pushpa agrees.
Pushpa says to Radha that she has to tell her something. Pushpa sees Radha has taken out something. Radha says these are Pranav’s ashes. Pushpa gets shocked learning Radha took out Pranav’s ashes. Pushpa asks Radha if she knew about it.
Radha says to Pushpa how she was sick that day and how he she later learned that Pranav was dead from the cops. Pushpa asks Radha why didn’t she tell anyone about it. Radha comments on it. Radha says she found Mithalika and Varsha on Mithalika’s birthday and says it felt like Pranav asked her to take care of Varsha and Mithalika. Pushpa asks Radha why didn’t she tell about this. Radha comments on it. Radha gives her reason for doing it.
