The episode starts with Sonal saying to Deepti that her condition is well thought blunder. Sonal asks Deepti how can she put forth that kind of condition. Deepti asks Sonal to think from her shoes. Sonal says to Deepti that if she was in Deepti’s shoes then she would never give up Sonal’s baby to anyone. Sonal asks Deepti what would she do if the baby grows up and asks Deepti why did she only gave him up and asks Deepti if loves him less than the other baby. Sonal comments on Deepti. Deepti says to Sonal that she learnt a lot of things in Pushpa’s house. Deepti says to Sonal that Prarthna has everything but she cannot become a mother. Deepti asks Sonal that she only took this decision because she knows Prarthna. Sonal says to Deepti that she always supported her decision but not this time and comments on it.
The next day, Pushpa and Ashwin come to Sonal’s house. Pushpa says to Sonal that they have come here to take Deepti home. Sonal says to Pushpa that they are very upset with Deepti’s decision. Pushpa says to Sonal that she is worried about losing Deepti so she agreed to Deepti’s decision. Pushpa says to Sonal that she should also agree to Deepti’s decision. Pushpa says to Sonal that in the future she might also think they thought too much. Sonal agrees.
Prarthna invites Deepti and Swara into the house. Deepti asks Prarthna not to worry and focus on her IPS exam and says she will soon become a mother. Prarthna agrees and leaves from there.
Rashi says to Pushpa what is she thinking about. Pushpa says to Rashi that she might fail the exam but she has passed the exam in life and says their family is together now. Rashi comments on Pushpa as she left the exam in the middle because of Anjana.
Kadambari spots Deepti and talks to her. Kadambari asks Deepti when is her due date. Deepti says her due date is 25th and she has selected Vaishnav hospital to do her delivery. Kadambari says she is also going to have her delivery on 25th in the Sishu hospital. Deepti says she hopes they will give birth to healthy babies. Kadambari says she wishes the same.
Pushpa runs into Rajveer. Rajveer reprimands Pushpa for leaving the exam in the middle to attend to Anjana. Rajveer says to Pushpa that because of her he challenged another student and he made a mistake. Pushpa tries to explain to Rajveer but he doesn’t listen to her and leaves from there.
Kadambari explains to Rekha that Deepti is going to have delivery in the Vaishnav hospital and says she is going to give birth to two babies and says they can take one baby from them and says they come from a good family so they do not need to look anywhere else. Rekha agrees.
Pushpa sits at a tea stall and she sees a child coming and eating bun. The tea
Vendor asks the child how did her exam go. The child says it went well but she will not give her tomorrow exam as she hasn’t studied anything for it. Pushpa asks the child to give th exam and says if she gives the exam then she might even get pass marks. The child says there is no use and says it is better for her to do work and earn money. Pushpa recalls Rajveer’s words that he told her in the morning. Pushpa asks the child if she will study if Pushpa pays her school fee. The child asks Pushpa why would she do that. Pushpa says to the child she taught her a life lesson today saying she has to move forward instead of brooding over what happened. Pushpa takes the school address from the tea vendor and leaves from there.

Precap:- Kadambari asks Rekha while cleaning the gun if there is anyone in Vaishnav nursing home. Rekha says yes and says her work will be done. Kadambari says good.
Deepti has pain in her stomach. Pushpa’s family takes Deepti to the hospital. Kadambari worries about Deepti giving birth to the babies before the due date as if she does that then Kadambari’s plan will be ruined.
