The episode starts with the inspector and his team arriving at the chawl. He informs Pushpa and her family that a complaint has been filed against Ashwin and Deepti for a hit-and-run case as well as diamond theft. Everyone is shocked. Pushpa insists that her children are innocent, but the inspector dismisses her claim and says they need to search Ashwin’s house. Pushpa confidently states that since her kids are innocent, they won’t find anything. However, the inspector rebukes her and orders his team to start searching the house.
As the search begins, Pushpa continues to defend Ashwin and Deepti. Meanwhile, Dilip and Bapodhara call a lawyer for help. During the search, a constable finds a packet of diamonds inside a cupboard and informs the inspector. The inspector confronts Pushpa, showing her the diamonds. Pushpa is stunned and insists that she has no idea how they got there. The inspector demands details about her family, and after she provides them, he declares that they will all be arrested and put behind bars.
Chirag, meanwhile, recalls how he had unknowingly taken the packet of diamonds from Deepti’s car, which she had forgotten inside. He panics, unsure of how to save his family. Soon, the police arrest Pushpa and her family. Deepti, scared for their future, tells Ashwin that she is worried about their family. They reassure each other, believing that once their innocence is proven, they will be released.
Juggal calls Devi and seeks her help in securing bail for Pushpa and her family. She agrees to assist. Juggal and Bapodhara then leave to meet her. Meanwhile, the inspector locks up Pushpa and her family in jail. Ashwin protests, saying they are being treated unfairly. Pushpa also rebukes the inspector, but he simply shows them the diamonds again. Just then, Angad claims that the diamonds belong to him, shocking Ashwin. Chirag, meanwhile, struggles with whether to reveal the truth or not.
Meanwhile, Dilip’s condition worsens, but the police refuse to allow the family to take care of him. Juggal and Bapodhara meet Devi, explaining that they need to secure bail for everyone. She agrees to help but also shares her suspicions regarding the case.
In jail, Chirag finally confesses to Pushpa and the others that he had placed the diamonds in the cupboard after unknowingly taking them from Deepti’s car. Everyone scolds him for not speaking up earlier. They then notice Dilip suffering and plead with the inspector to send him to the hospital on medical grounds, but he refuses.
