The episode starts with Rajveer encouraging Pushpa in her studies. Rajveer and Pushpa cut the cake together.
Ashwin comes to Prarthna before she leaves to Mussoorie. Prarthna asks Ashwin what is he doing here. Ashwin asks Prarthna not to go with a bitter heart and asks Prarthna to go happily and says once she returns from Mussoorie she will have the baby in her hands. Ashwin says he is saying this wholeheartedly. Prarthna thanks Ashwin. Chirag also thanks Ashwin. Ashwin also apologises to Bapodara for his behaviour. Bapodara forgives him. Prarthna gets on the bus and leaves from there happily on the bus. Chirag thanks Ashwin for making Prarthna happy.
Kadambari asks Rekha if there is anyone in the Vaishnav hospital that she knows. Rekha says to Kadambari that there is a ward boy named Prashanth Jadhav and a nurse and asks Kadambari not to worry. Kadambari says then they need to wait for the due date.
Ashwin and Bapodara put hand over each other shoulders and they return home. Pushpa gets surprised seeing them together like this. Pushpa asks Bapodara and Ashwin why are they coming hand in hand and asks them what happened. Susheela says to Pushpa how Ashwin has come to Prarthna before leaving and saying that he is going to give the baby to her wholeheartedly. Pushpa feels happy hearing it. Deepti thanks Ashwin.
In the night, Deepti comes out of the house for some fresh air. Deepti starts having labour pains. Deepti shouts in pain. Pushpa and others wake up from their sleep. Pushpa and others take Deepti to the hospital.
Kadambari worries about Deepti giving birth to the baby before the due date and what will happen to her plan.
Kadambari calls Rekha and says to Rekha that Deepti had labour pains right now. Rekha asks Kadambari that it is normal with twins for the due date to come early. Kadambari says to Rekha if she told her she would have been prepared. Rekha says there is no need to worry and says they will execute their plan now. Kadambari agrees. Rekha says she will ask Prashanth to keep an eye on Deepti.
The doctor comes out of the hospital and says to Pushpa and Ashwin that Deepti started having labour pains. Pushpa asks the doctor if there is any problem with the baby as she is getting labour pains this early. The doctor says in the case of twins this is normal and asks Pushpa not to worry. Pushpa agrees. Prashanth witnesses from afar.
Kadambari says to Juggal that tomorrow and day after tomorrow is the court hearing of her land in Jamnagar and says she needs to go there. Juggal asks Kadambari how can she go there in this condition and says he will go there on her behalf. Kadambari agrees.
Sonal comes to the hospital. Sonal talks to the doctor. The doctor says they have to do the C section tomorrow and says one of the baby has umbilical cord wrapped around his neck. The doctor and Sonal and Pushpa’s family for their permission. Sonal and Ashwin give their permission. The doctor says they will do the operation tomorrow. Sonal and Ashwin agree.
Rekha calls Kadambari and says to Kadambari that Deepti’s operation is set for tomorrow and says she needs to be admitted in the hospital right away. Kadambari says it is not possible as she has with a lot of difficulty convinced Juggal to go to Jamnagar and says she can only be admitted after Juggal leaves to Jamnagar. Kadambari asks Rekha to delay Deepti’s operation if possible. Rekha agrees.
Juggal asks Kadambari to take care of herself. Bapodara asks Juggal where is he going. Juggal says he is going to Jamnagar and says his reason for it. Juggal later leaves from there.

Precap:-The doctor says to Pushpa family that the umbilical cord wrapped around one of the baby and if they do not do the operation then the baby’s life is in danger and if they do the operation then Deepti’s life will be in danger.
Kadambari asks Rekha to get the baby at any cost and says she has put her everything on the line.
