The episode begins with Pushpa telling Shekar that Viren was the mastermind behind her troubles. She declares that it’s time to confront Basanti, and Shekar agrees. They step outside, where Gauri spots them and gets angry. Gaikwad and his men arrive at the chawl. Bapodhara and Sunny notice them. Bapodhara says that Gaikwad is coming to meet him, so he waits at his house. He wonders why Gaikwad is taking so long.
Bapodhara and Sunny step outside and see Gaikwad meeting Chirag and Dilip. Bapodhara asks Sunny to find out if Gaikwad is turning Chirag against him. Sunny agrees. Meanwhile, Gauri leaves Basanti’s shop, with Shekar following her. He tries to explain, but she refuses to listen and demands the truth. Shekar tells her that the person in Basanti’s place is not Basanti. Gauri accuses him of lying, but Pushpa arrives and tells Gauri that Shekar is right. She introduces herself as Pushpa from Mumbai. Shekar explains how Pushpa and Basanti swapped places. Gauri is skeptical, but Pushpa convinces her and asks her not to tell anyone. She tells Gauri that Shekar is a good person and leaves. Gauri then asks where Basanti disappeared to, and Shekar replies that Basanti is now living as Pushpa.
Viren and Juggal arrive at the laboratory, their faces covered. They question the lab technician about why he changed the lab report. They threaten to harm his daughter unless he tells the truth. The technician begs them not to hurt his daughter and admits that he changed the report. He reveals that the DNA of Rashi and Pushpa didn’t match. Juggal demands the original report, and the technician agrees. Juggal asks who paid him to alter the report. The technician provides the details, and both Juggal and Viren realize that Viren is the one behind it. The lab technician sends the original report to Juggal. Dilip tells Juggal that they now have proof that the person staying in their house is not Pushpa. Juggal asks where the real Pushpa is.
Sunny receives a call and informs Bapodhara that Chirag is not running for elections. Bapodhara questions why Gaikwad came to meet Chirag and Dilip.
Juggal and Dilip tell Deepti that their suspicions are true and that they need to find Pushpa. Dilip emphasizes the importance of getting solid proof so they can expose the real mastermind without alerting the fake Pushpa. Juggal agrees and adds that they first need confirmation that Viren is behind it all. They start formulating a plan.
Viren tells Suneel that Basanti will be caught soon. Juggal arrives with a wedding invitation and gives it to Viren. It’s revealed that Juggal had told Dilip about his plan to use the fake Pushpa’s soft spot for him. Juggal says that his marriage with Pushpa is key to uncovering the truth. Dilip agrees with the idea, and Juggal asks Viren to attend the wedding. Viren questions how Pushpa can get married, and Juggal replies that he loves her, and she likes him too. Viren asks if Pushpa agreed, and Juggal affirms. He then leaves.
Viren calls Basanti and asks her to meet him immediately at his office. She leaves to meet him, with Dilip and Deepti following her secretly. Basanti arrives at Viren’s office, and Dilip and Juggal observe from a distance. Viren confronts Basanti with the wedding card. Basanti thinks that Juggal might be planning a surprise for her. Viren warns her not to backstab him, and Basanti says that she just learned about the marriage but is willing to marry Juggal. Viren explains that Juggal wants to know if they’re connected and that they’ve fallen into a trap. Basanti responds indifferently, saying she still wants to marry Juggal. Viren then asks what will happen if Pushpa regains her memory and Juggal discovers her true identity. Basanti says that whatever happens, happens, and leaves. Afterward, she checks the wedding card. Deepti tells Dilip that they need to expose Basanti.
Pushpa tells Shekar to call Basanti, as her priority is now her family. Shekar calls Basanti, and Pushpa reveals that she has regained her memory. She says that although their faces are the same, their attitudes are not. She tells Basanti that she’s coming to meet her family and warns her to prepare for punishment. Basanti is shocked.
