The episode starts with Bapodhara discussing with Mr. Oberoi about the redevelopment project. He refuses to sign with then when Mr. Oberoi blackmails hi using the fact that the Chawl was originally meant to be both his and his brother’s. however he committed suicide right after naming his shares on his name. he says it could mean that his suicide case can be portrayed as abetment of suicide. Bapodhara gets scared and agrees to sign the deal. Pushpa gets chawl members sign on the NOC and everyone signs trusting her. Chirag sneaks into classroom for attendance with Prarthana’s help. Pushpa discusses with Ashavari and Bhaskar about how everyone was excited to go to a new house. She says that though she would prefer chawl better she is happy that their standard of living is improvising. She wishes all the luck for Ashwin.
Deepti gets to know that Bapodhara cancelled his contract with Raidhan group and signed with Janani Groups. She lashes out at them for her unethical act but they say that they got their hands-on Ashwin’s pen drive. Deepti is outraged at their act and lashes out at Vishal for stealing Ashwin’s pen drive. None paid attention to her words and instead assigned the project to her and left. Deepti confronted Vishal about how he got his hand son Ashwin’s pen drive. He instead mocks her and says that her position was originally supposed to be his which she got with her father’s help. Deepti leaves angrily when Vishal calls Mansi and blames Deepti for giving away Ashwin’s pen drive to Janani Groups.
Ashwin happily says Mansi about getting the sign of chawl people. Bapodhara comes there at the same time and Mansi lashes out at both for cheating on her. She blames Ashwin for selling the pen drive to Janani group using his wife. Ashwin refuses any such thing but Mansi says that they have everything with them including the flow chart and quotation details. Bapodhara is not affected with her words or Ashwin’s pleas and gives the advance cheque back to her and leaves. Ashwin come some angrily and lashes out at Deepti for selling his pen drive to her company without listening what she ahs to say. Deepti is shocked with his accusations and felt heartbroken while Ashwin continued accusing her. Pushpa stops him saying that Deepti can never do so but Ashwin leaves angrily. Deepti is stunned but Pushpa expresses her trust on her.
Chirag is doing painting while his clients hides fake passports behind it. Manish come there and requests him to get his work done in two days as another consignment is arriving. Chirag agrees to get it done. Just then he noticed in mirror the illegal activities of his people and gets shocked. Pushpa discusses whatever happened with Sonal and she suspects the information leak from her teacher’s side. She also understands Ashwin’s anger.
Precap : Pushpa will learn from Meenakshi that her husband name is Vishal who works for Janani Groups. Pushpa will share it with Ashwin who will feel guilty. Ashwin will say that things have gone out of hand before he could apologize and she shows her something. Pushpa will get shocked.
