The episode starts with Pushpa informing Joshipura that the NGO which promised to help with Batlar’s kidney transplant has suddenly backed out, and Batlar needs the transplant within two weeks. Joshipura says they withdrew support because she filed a PIL against Solgate Company, calling it an indirect warning. He advises Pushpa to either solve the case within two weeks or withdraw it. Pushpa, however, decides to fight, saying the company’s water contamination is harming many people, and she will stand for their rights.
Prarthna greets her superior Sandeep. He scolds her for violating protocol and directly approaching the Commissioner. He instructs her to stay away from the child trafficking case, and Prarthna agrees. Later, she steps aside to answer Commissioner Tejaswi’s call. The Commissioner then calls Sandeep, asking him to let ASP Prarthna handle the case. Sandeep agrees. Prarthna immediately instructs her team to get ready to leave for Patran to catch Rekha.
The Pandit gives a new horoscope to Prarthna and Rishabh, informing them that it matches Rishabh perfectly. They thank him.
At school, Kadambari sees Titli crying. Titli says the teacher scolded her. The teacher explains that Titli didn’t do her homework, and she must discipline her like all students. Kadambari warns the teacher to behave properly with her daughter or face consequences. She takes Titli home, advising her to study well and avoid complaints. Titli agrees and apologizes.
Rajveer meets Pushpa and claims her PIL won’t harm Solgate because his law firm represents them. He confidently says he will win. Pushpa replies that she is prepared for loss, but warns him not to underestimate the opposing counsel. Rajveer insists that only proof and money win cases. After he leaves, Joshipura says Rajveer is not entirely wrong. Pushpa maintains that Rajveer is supporting the wrong side.
Prarthna and her team arrive in Pattan. Ashwin asks Pushpa if everything is alright. She shares her struggle against Solgate and Rajveer, adding that she needs money and strong evidence to win within two weeks.
Later, Juggal tells Kadambari she was wrong to scold the teacher in front of Titli, saying this prevents Titli from becoming independent. Kadambari insists her daughter is special. After Titli asks for food, Juggal takes her inside. Kadambari then receives a shocking phone call.
At night, Ashwin and Deepti share a light moment before Ashwin reveals he wants to give Pushpa the money they saved for their flat. Deepti says she supports helping his mother but worries about the risks of fighting a powerful company. She leaves the final decision to him. Meanwhile, Pushpa asks Rashi why she isn’t sleeping. Rashi says she’s nervous because they are visiting Rishabh’s house tomorrow to match horoscopes. Pushpa comforts her and assures punctuality.
Kadambari meets a woman who informs her that officer Prarthna and her team have reached Pattan in search of Rekha and that Prarthna plans to seek Kadambari’s help. Kadambari grows tense, thinking Rekha may become a problem for her.

Precap – Pushpa tries to explain to the Basti people that Solgate company uses a lot of chemicals to dye the metals that is why a lot of arsenic content has been found in their water. One of the Basti people asks Pushpa that this report might also be false. Pushpa asks Basti people what profit will she get by showing this fake report. Chaos ensues in the Basti as some goons throw bottle torch in the Basti everywhere.
