The episode starts with the doctor doing c section on Deepti. Pushpa’s family outside the operation theatre they hear the sound of the baby. The nurse comes out and says a girl baby has been born and says they are shifting her to NICU as she is a premature baby and she is weak. The nurse goes into the operation theatre.
Prashanth calls Rekha and informs her that Deepti’s first baby has been born and says it is a girl and they are shifting her to NICU. Rekha worries about how she will bring the baby to Kadambari.
Pushpa comforts Ashwin and says nothing will happen to Deepti and the babies. The nurse brings out the girl baby and shows it to Ashwin and others. Pushpa asks the nurse how is Deepti. The nurse says they are trying to bring out the second baby but it is tough as umbilical cord is wrapped around him.
Rekha signals Kadambari. Kadambari signals Juggal away making up a reason. Rekha comes to Kadambari and gives her the news that Deepti’s first baby has been born and it is a girl and they have shifted her to NICU. Kadambari asks Rekha to get her the baby. Rekha says the baby is in the NICU and asks Kadambari how will she bring the baby under observation. Kadambari says she doesn’t know about it and says she has put her everything on the line here and says if she doesn’t get the baby then she will kill all of them. Rekha says even if she brings the baby in some way how will she put the baby in her hands as Juggal is right beside her. Kadambari comments on it.
The doctor delivers the second baby. The doctor sees the baby isn’t responding. The doctor hits the baby. The baby responds. The doctor comes out and gives the good news to the family that it is a boy and they are going to shift him to NICU. Pushpa says to Sonal that it is a good thing she has chosen this hospital as both NICU and OT are in the same hospital. Sonal says she didn’t want to take any chance with Deepti’s safety and comments on it.
Rekha asks Prashanth to go and get a dead baby from Sishu hospital. Prashanth says he has already brought it. Rekha scolds Prashanth as he has brought the baby without telling her but she asks Prashanth to swap the dead baby with Deepti’s baby. Prashanth agrees.
The nurse comes out and shows the baby to Pushpa and family and she takes the baby to NICU. Pushpa asks Chirag to go and tell Prarthna the good news. Chirag agrees and leaves from there.
Rekha comes to Kadambari and says to Kadambari that Prashanth has brought the dead baby from Sishu hospital and he is going to swap the dead baby with Deepti’s baby girl. Kadambari asks Rekha how will they handle Juggal and Pushpa that are right outside. Rekha says they will do it just like they have done it till now. Pushpa leaves Juggal to check on the baby.
Chirag calls Prarthna and gives her the good news that now they have a baby girl. Prarthna asks Chirag to send the photos of the baby girl. Chirag agrees and says he will send her once the baby is out of NICU. Prarthna agrees.
Rekha talks to Pratima and says to Pratima that if they execute this plan then they will become rich. Rekha asks Pratima to make sure she takes care of Kadambari. Pratima agrees. Rekha calls Kadambari and says to Kadambari that Pratima the doctor in this hospital belongs to their team and once Pratima comes to her she needs to act like she is having labour pains. Kadambari agrees.
Pratima comes to Kadambari. Kadambari acts as if she is having labour pains. Pratima takes Kadambari to the operation theatre. Juggal stays outside the theatre.
Rekha says to Prashanth that she will distract Pushpa’s family and he needs to swap the dead baby with Deepti’s baby girl. Prashanth agrees.
Rekha comes to Pushpa’s family and keeps them occupied by talking to them. Prashanth sneaks into the NICU and swaps the dead baby with Deepti’s baby girl and leaves from there. Rekha also leaves from there after a while.
Rekha later comes distracts Juggal and Prashanth brings the baby and gives it to Kadambari.
Dr Pratima comes out of the operation theatre and gives the good news to Juggal that he is father of a baby girl. Juggal goes and sees Kadambari and the baby.
Chirag asks the nurse if she can take a picture of the baby. The nurse agrees and takes a picture. The nurse something is wrong wit the baby. The nurse gives the phone to Chirag and she goes to call the doctor.
The doctor comes and checks the baby doesn’t has a pulse. The doctor apologises to Pushpa’s family and says the baby girl is dead. Pushpa’s family feels devastated hearing it.

Precap:- Deepti comes to the NICU to see her babies and she asks the nurse about her baby girl. The nurse notices the baby is dead according to the records.
Prarthna returns to Mumbai. Pushpa talks to Prarthna. Prathna says she couldn’t wait to see the baby girl.
Rekha calls Kadambari and informs her that Prashanth is caught taking a dead baby from the Sishu hospital in the CCTV footage.
