The episode begins with the butler meeting Brahmanandam in the hospital, pleading with him to save Basanti from Lallan. Meanwhile, Viren makes Basanti disguise herself as Pushpa. Basanti worries, saying her appearance may resemble Pushpa’s, but wonders how she can convince Pushpa’s family. Viren advises her to act as if she has lost her memory. Basanti then asks what would happen if they find Pushpa’s body. Viren reassures her, saying Pushpa’s body hasn’t been found. Impressed, Basanti calls him a mastermind.
The doctor informs Brahmanandam that Basanti is no longer critical but has suffered burns to her hair and parts of her body. He asks if the legal formalities have been completed, and Brahmanandam assures him that he will take care of it. Ashwin discovers Pushpa’s phone and alerts the police, as well as Dilip and Juggal. Later, Viren tells Basanti that he will drop her off near the place where Pushpa’s accident occurred. Suspicious, Basanti questions how he knows the location and whether he had anything to do with the accident. Viren insists that Pushpa didn’t survive the accident and reminds Basanti of her role, asking her to make Juggal fall for her and ruin his reputation. Then, she can return to Kanpur. Basanti asks what to say if anyone asks where Pushpa went. Viren says that, when the time is right, he’ll make it look like Pushpa is dead.
Viren takes Basanti to the accident site, showing her Juggal, Dilip, and Ashwin from a distance. He instructs her to act as if she were thrown to the other side of the jungle due to the blast. Basanti follows his instructions, pretending to fall unconscious into the bushes. Ashwin discovers the unconscious Basanti and assumes she is Pushpa. He calls everyone over. Viren tells Suneel that their plan has been successfully executed. An ambulance arrives, and Ashwin, Juggal, and Dilip rush Basanti to the hospital. Meanwhile, Deepti comforts Rashi, and Bapodhara informs everyone in the colony that Pushpa has been found alive, bringing joy to all.
In the hospital, Brahmanand tells the butler that he is puzzled as to why Basanti is dressed in a saree and wonders where she is planning to go. An old cleaner sees Pushpa on her hospital bed and is struck by how similar Basanti and Pushpa look.
Bapodhara shares the news with Susheela, who is overjoyed that Pushpa is alive. Disguised, Viren and Suneel arrive at the hospital. Viren instructs Suneel to keep an eye on Pushpa’s family while he arranges for Basanti to retrieve her phone. Elsewhere, Shekhar notices that Basanti and the butler are missing from the shop. His wife and the shop owner make a scene about Basanti, disregarding Shekhar’s explanations. Lallan arrives with his men to search the house, demanding his money back. The house owner protests, but Lallan insists. Brahmanandam arrives and questions Lallan, asking why he attacked Basanti over money, revealing that Basanti is in the hospital. Shekhar inquires about her condition, and Brahmanandam says she has not yet regained consciousness.
The doctor informs Pushpa’s family that she is stable and will regain consciousness soon, then escorts them from the room. Disguised, Viren enters, hands a phone to Basanti, and instructs her to contact him with it, promising to send further instructions. Basanti agrees and hides the phone. Viren tells Basanti he will meet her in Mumbai and leaves, and she agrees.
