The episode starts with Juggal and Kadambari taking care of the baby. Juggal asks Kadambari if she has chosen any name. She says “Titli,” which shocks Juggal at first, but he later agrees with the name. Meanwhile, Pushpa and her family also choose a name for Deepti’s baby boy. Dilip suggests Pushpa’s father’s name, Krishna. Deepti says it’s good and suggests combining it with the baby’s horoscope, deciding on the name Ansh. Everyone likes it, while Swara feels left out.
Later, Radha Kaku advises Pushpa not to take on all responsibilities and to focus on her studies, letting Ashwin and Deepti handle their children. Pushpa says law is difficult and it’s hard to manage everything. Radha encourages her, saying she completed her 10th and 12th despite challenges, and she can finish her law degree too. “Your goal is to become a lawyer, and you will become Advocate Pushpa Impossible,” she says. Pushpa replies that she failed a semester and needs to take care of her family as well. Radha warns her not to repeat the same mistake of choosing the wrong priorities.
The next day, the joint naming ceremony for Juggal–Kadambari’s and Ashwin–Deepti’s babies begins. Bapodhara feels bad for Prarthna. The priest asks both families to reveal the names. Juggal asks Pushpa to announce the name. Pushpa says “Titli,” while Rashi announces “Ansh.” Pushpa tells Swara to be happy.
Kadambari notices Rekha entering the ceremony and goes to her. Shocked, she asks why Rekha is there. Rekha reveals that Prashanth has been arrested by the police for stealing a dead baby from Sishu Hospital. Kadambari asks how that happened. Juggal comes over and asks who got caught. Kadambari lies, saying Rekha’s chain was stolen but she got it back. Juggal accepts the explanation and leaves. Kadambari then asks Rekha what happened next. Rekha says Prashanth took all the blame but demanded ₹10 lakhs in return. Rekha indirectly blackmails Kadambari. Kadambari agrees to pay but warns her never to blackmail her again, or she’ll shoot her. Rekha pretends to agree but thinks to herself, You’re my credit card for life, and I’ll keep using you.
Deepti receives a golden opportunity to work in London. Ashwin questions the need to go there. Pushpa learns about the offer and feels happy for her. Ashwin mentions it’s a seven-year project, and Pushpa remarks that it’s a long time. Deepti insists it’s a great opportunity and asks Pushpa to convince Ashwin. Pushpa says they’ll discuss it later and suggests they join everyone outside. She silently wonders whether to stop them or let them live their life freely.
Juggal later sees Kadambari packing a large amount of money and questions her about it.
