The episode begins with Titli overhearing Pushpa talking to Rishabh’s family members about Juggal’s death. Disturbed, Titli quietly leaves from there. Rashi takes Rishabh aside and tells him that she wants to see the flat he is planning to buy. She asks him to take her today. Rishabh agrees but hides his tension.
Chirag tells Pushpa and Prarthna that they need to make Titli talk to Kadambari, as Titli is missing her parents and has recently lost her father. Pushpa expresses her concern about what Kadambari might say to Titli. Prarthna assures her that they will handle the situation and will disconnect the call if Kadambari says anything wrong. She also informs them that they have taken permission from the police.
At the police station, Kadambari thinks about Titli. A constable informs her that she has been granted permission to talk to Titli. Meanwhile, Roshan tells his parents that Titli searched for a death certificate on the phone. Bapodhara suspects that Titli has developed doubts.
Rishabh calls his friend and asks him to arrange an empty flat to show Rashi, as she insists on seeing it. He admits that he lied to her about shifting to a new apartment after marriage. Swara overhears this conversation and decides to tell Rashi.
Child welfare officials arrive at Pushpa’s house to check whether the environment is suitable for Titli. Pushpa welcomes them as Prarthna and Chirag bring Titli inside. Rishabh informs Rashi that the broker is unavailable, so they cannot visit the flat today. Rashi agrees, but Swara notices this and suspects that Rishabh is lying. Titli refuses to eat food. Dilip assures her that he will take her to meet her mother if she eats. Titli agrees and eats her food. Dilip asks her to get ready. Pushpa tells Dilip that they must prove Kadambari manipulated the DNA report and that Titli is not Kadambari’s biological daughter. Dilip suggests conducting a secret DNA test.
Kadambari meets her lawyer and asks him to help Viren get Titli’s custody. Prarthna informs Pushpa about Kadambari and Viren’s plan. Pushpa says they must stop it using a smart strategy.
Later, Pushpa takes police permission and meets Kadambari. She warns Kadambari that Viren is not safe for Titli and reminds her that Viren is responsible for Shubhra and her baby’s death. Pushpa requests Kadambari to let Titli stay with her family. Kadambari angrily refuses, says she hates Pushpa, and declares that Titli will soon leave Pushpa’s house. As Kadambari turns away, Pushpa secretly collects a hair sample to conduct a DNA test.
