The episode starts with the priest telling Kadambari that he has to go to the next place, too. Prarthana arrives there. She requests the priest to wait for a few minutes. She then advises Kadambari not to risk her child’s life because she can able to find some other way to convince Juggal. But Kadambari remains firm in her decision. She also tells that she will kill herself and her child if Juggal fails to accept her. Pushpa hears this and gets shocked. The priest leaves from there saying that he has to perform puja in other places too. Kadambari feels dizzy, so both Pushpa and Prarthana get worried. Prarthana checks Kadambari and informs Pushpa about the latter’s deteriorating health.
Here, Susheela requests Juggal to do Ganesh Stapana with Kadambari because Kadambari is carrying his child. Juggal firmly refuses to give into her request, saying Kadambari can go to any extent to fulfil her selfish needs. He vents out his frustration that everyone is supporting Kadambari even after knowing her well. Dilip tells Susheela that he agrees with Juggal’s words. But he advises and tries to convince Juggal to end Kadambari’s fasting by giving into her request for his child’s sake. But Juggal refuses it.
Later, Pushpa and Susheela have a conversation about the stubborn behaviour of both Juggal and Kadambari with Sonal. Just then, Prarthana informs them about Kadambari’s deteriorating health condition. They all get worried. Pushpa calls the priest, and she requests him to make arrangements for a special puja. She also goes to make the arrangements for the puja. Everyone gets confused by her decision. After the puja arrangements are being made, the priest asks Pushpa for whom she wants to conduct this puja. Pushpa tells him this puja is for two children. Everyone gets confused. Juggal questions, Pushpa. The latter tells him that she is conducting this puja for his late child also for his future child. She then starts rebuking Juggal for not caring for his child. She tells him that if anything happens to his child, then he will be responsible for it. Kadambari arrives there. Pushpa rebukes her, too. She also expresses her disappointment towards both Juggal and Kadambari for being stubborn. Juggal agrees to Ganesh Stapana, which makes everyone happy. Kadambari feels dizzy, so Juggal takes her inside.
Juggal performs the Ganesh Stapana. Kadambari gets happy. Later, Pushpa tells everyone that she can solve any problem but can’t able to do anything with the arguments that take place between Bapodara and Sonal when they both argue. Meanwhile, Kadambari thanks Juggal for performing Ganesh Stapana. Juggal tells her that he has done all this for their unborn child. He also tells her that he will leave the place after visarjan. Then he goes out to take part in the puja. Kadambari thinks herself that she can able to change Juggal’s decision.
While Koyal arrives at the chawl. She pleads with Pushpa to save her from her in-laws, who is planning to take her to their village. Pushpa apologises to her, but Koyal tells her that she is at fault, too. She then tells Pushpa the importance behind her education and Raghav’s support for her, but her in-laws are opposing it. Pushpa and others get sad. Pushpa hugs Koyal.
Precap: The police officer threatened to arrest Pushpa if the latter didn’t send Koyal with her in-laws. Pushpa stops Koyal’s in-laws from forcibly taking Koyal with them. So Koyal’s father-in-law threatens Koyal, which shocks Raghav and everyone.
