The episode starts with Pushpa worried about Sonal but Kaku advises her to enjoy the feeling of becoming a grandmother. She asks her to let the children mind their own business. Pushpa gets excited about the upcoming baby but Kaku advises her to control her excitement. Kaku talks about a new tenant entering the chawl and Pushpa says he’s someone named Mahesh Goragandhi. Kaku says people come and go but they stay for so long in chawl.

Pushpa greets Golu and says they got busy with so many issues lately. She shares with him the secret about Deepti’s pregnancy and he gets happy. Things gets shifted and Pushpa shares about the new tenant. She looks at the expensive things and thinks he’s a rich guy. Mahendra says that he is also renovating the rooms and wonders when he’s so rich why he’s moving into the chawl. Pushpa is clueless and is about to go when Pushpa notices the name board of Dileep. She shouts of Chirag and Deepti and Chirag to come there. She says that Dileep is moving into the chawl but they say it’s the new tenant. She shows the name board but gets shocked seeing Mahesh’s name written on it instead of Dileep. Pushpa gets confused. Mahesh greets Pushpa and Pushpa introduces her family to him. He gets the name plate from her and leaves. Chirag takes her in while Pushpa is still in shock.

Pushpa sees Mahesh fixing the name plate and leaves inside. Once she leaves, she exchanges the name plate with Dileep’s. He recalls Pushpa noticing it and replacing it when she went to fetch Chirag and Deepti. Chirag asks Pushpa why she’s so worried about Dileep Patel as she would go mad thinking about him. Pushpa finds Deepti upset and asks what happened. Deepti says she’s feeling uneasy due to Sonal’s upset behaviour and her periods. Pushpa asks her not to worry and says they are fine whether it is positive or negative. She leaves to get medicine for her upset stomach. Chirag gets excited but Deepti shares her worry that she doesn’t know what she’s feeling as she’s confused.

Chirag says his situation is the same. On the other hand, Sunny also confronts Prarthana about the same. Prarthana says she loves him but he doesn’t respond. Sunny asks her to think about what she wants as if the engagement takes place it’s betraying everyone including herself. She asks to give some time to Chirag. Deepti also advises Chirag to take time and decide on what he wants before it’s too late. Pushpa asks what they are discussing but they both hide it from her.

Pushpa keeps looking at things getting moved. Kaku says about all the expensive things getting moved. Pushpa shares with her about what happened in the morning. Kaku also calls it her hallucination. She calls Mahesh to clear with him about it. He says that he is moving for some time before moving to a new flat. She asks if he knew about Dileep Patel and he says yes and adds that he read in the newspaper. He takes his leave and Kaku asks her not to worry. Dileep scolds Mahesh for taking his name board with him. Dileep gets furious when he learns that Pushpa already saw the name plate. He asks his assistant to explain things better to him. Mahesh asks why would he shift to a chawl being so rich. Dileep says it’s different lenel of happiness to fight with an opponent in their place and says there’s a lot more entertainment waiting for him.

Precap : Dileep asks Mansi if she told Vasundhara about him visiting Rashi’s school for a parent teacher meeting. Mansi says she didn’t as she would be upset. Vasundhara who heard it through the speaker lashes out at Dharam for again doing things behind her back. She says that she only expects loyalty from him and nothing more. Dileep plans something.
