The episode starts with Rajveer taunting Vikram for his actions and leaving. Vikram instructs his men not to let Rajveer find out that they kidnapped Titli and Ansh. He says the blame should fall on the Basti people, not on them. Kadambari, in disguise, enters the jail as a cleaner. She goes to Rekha’s cell and calls her. Rekha asks who she is. Kadambari removes her mask, grabs Rekha by the neck, and demands to know where her daughter is and how she dared to kidnap her. Rekha says she is already arrested and is not behind the kidnapping. Kadambari warns her that if she finds her involved or if she reveals the truth about her daughter’s birth to Prarthna, she will not spare her. Kadambari leaves.
Titli and Ansh escape through a window. The goons notice them fleeing and follow them. Rashi tells Roshan not to feel guilty, saying mistakes happen and she has made many herself. She comforts Roshan and Swara, assuring them that Titli and Ansh will be fine and asks them to pray. Susheela also prays for the children’s safety. Vikram calls Pushpa and warns her to withdraw the case against the Solgate company. Pushpa asks who he is, but he disconnects. Pushpa informs Prarthna about the threatening call and says she recorded it. Later, everyone listens to the recording and realizes the kidnappers want to blame the Basti people, which is why the background noise is from a Basti shop.
Titli and Ansh reach a shop and borrow a phone to call Kadambari. Prarthna and the others ask them to stay there and quickly reach the spot to rescue them. The goons searching for the children flee after seeing the police. Pushpa, Juggal, and Prarthna bring Ansh and Titli back to the chawl, where everyone hugs them. Swara embraces Ansh, and Roshan apologizes to both children for his wrong advice. Prarthna receives a call saying Rekha has escaped from jail, and she rushes to the police station. Rekha meets her aide and tells him Kadambari came to jail and threatened to kill her. She says that if she gets caught again, she will expose Kadambari. Her aide warns her not to take risks, but Rekha insists she will answer Kadambari in her own way.
Dilip asks Pushpa about Rashi’s engagement preparations, and Pushpa confirms they are done. Dilip and Chirag remind her that tomorrow is both the engagement and the court case. Pushpa says she can manage. She gives a patoda to Rashi and asks her to wear it for the engagement, and Rashi agrees.
DCP Tejaswi scolds Prarthna for her irresponsible behavior and continuously reprimands her. Prarthna requests more time to catch Rekha. The DCP says it is a prestigious case and Prarthna let Rekha escape. She gives her seven days to catch Rekha or face consequences. The ASP also scolds Prarthna and orders her to find Rekha. Prarthna resolves to solve the case on time.

Precap: Pushpa says arsenic levels are high in the Basti’s water. Rajveer argues that it cannot prove the Solgate company is responsible. The judge asks about the witnesses. Pushpa says they are on the way, but Vikram’s henchman gives drugged food to the witnesses, causing them to fall unconscious.
