The episode starts with Pushpa offering pregnancy medicine to Deepti who feels that it’s rushed. Sonal also says the same to Manish but complains about both Deepti and Ashwin rushing their parenthood without proper planning despite being well educated. Manish asks her to be not over-hyped as Pushpa is there to take care of Deepti. Pushpa also gives courage to Deepti who’s scared about her pregnancy. Manish asks Sonal to let them confirm first and is sure that Pushpa would handle Deepti. He advises her to handle Ashwin. Pushpa gives her silk saree to Deepti which she completed weaving.

At night, she recalls Dileep’s name plate issue and gets sleepless. She gets a call from Neelima and rushes to her. Bapodhara also comes there at the same time and asks why they are troubling at night. Ramesh says he recalled everything that happened on the day of incident. He recalls trying to hit Pushpa with work when someone hit the back of his head. He blames Bapodhara to be the one but Bapodhara clears that it’s not him. He says that it was his wife Neelima who hit him and Ramesh gets shocked. However he believes that Neelima is nurse Neelima while his wife is someone else.

Rashi comes back home and everyone happily greets her. She gives the gifts she brought for everyone and Chirag breaks the happy news about Deepti’s possible pregnancy. Radhi gets excited while Pushpa asks her to keep it a secret until it’s confirmed. She gives gift to Radha Kaku and says Saran Sir also returned. At school, Rashi’s friend asks what is she writing and Rashi says she’s sharing her thoughts in diary as suggested by Saran. She whines about not having a separate room for privacy but also doesn’t want to hurt her mother saying about it.

Dharam is on call with Mansi who asks whether she told her mother about him visiting Rashi’s school. She says no but Vasundhara hears it through speaker. She confronts her about it but Dileep says that he felt injustice happened with Rashi and Chirag and so wants to compensate it for it. He says they saved him from death bed and ge owes them something. However he promises that he would not keep ties with Pushpa at any cost. Vasundhara is fully convinced and asks him to not break her trust and only wants his loyalty in returns for all that she did.

Manish encourages Deepti to not feel scared as she didn’t commit any sin. He asks her to welcome the happy news with joy. Sonal says they still have two days time to confirm the pregnancy. Deepti Apologizes for hurting her mother and Sonal is normal between them and asks her not to worry. The next day in school, Nanavati gives instructions to students for board exams and asks them to collect their hall tickets from Saran. He says Pushpa that her journey from breaking the light bulb at his house to the final exam is inspirational and prays for her to be blessed. Pushpa thanks him.

Precap: Bapodhara and the chawl members wish Pushpa and Rashi as they leave for their board exams. They chant slogans to cheer them. Pushpa and Rashi were about to leave when Dileep came in front of them. Pushpa gets shocked seeing him.
