The episode starts with Kadambari talking to a jail inmate. The inmate offers a tip to Kadambari and, in return, asks for money. Kadambari asks the inmate what the tip is about. The inmate tells Kadambari that she knows compromising information about the jailer and says that Kadambari can blackmail him using this information. Kadambari agrees to pay the inmate.
All of Pushpa’s family members are shown busy preparing for Rashi and Rishabh’s mehendi ceremony. Pushpa asks Deepti to talk to Titli. Deepti asks Titli whether she will wear a bindi. Titli says that she wants to go to her mother, Kadambari. Deepti comforts Titli.
Pushpa looks at Swara and thinks that she needs to find out whether Rishabh has really bought a flat or not.
The jailer comes to Kadambari and asks her to return to her cell. Kadambari tells the jailer that she wants to talk to him about Kasturi.
It is shown that the inmate, Chameli, tells Kadambari that the jailer has a daughter named Kasturi and that he wants to make her a cardiologist. For this reason, he supplies cigarettes and other items to the jail inmates. Chameli adds that Kasturi does not know about her father’s activities. She tells Kadambari that it is her choice how she wants to use this information.
Kadambari speaks to the jailer and tells him that she knows someone who can sponsor Kasturi’s education. In return, she asks the jailer to arrange a meeting with Viren and bring him to the jail. The jailer agrees and leaves.
Swara feels that no one in the house believes her. Pushpa gets information about the broker who showed the flat to Rishabh from Rashi.
Pushpa meets the broker and asks if she can see the contract agreement made with Rishabh. The broker agrees and shows her the contract. Pushpa reviews it, feels that everything is in order, and leaves.
Later, Rishabh comes to the broker and says that he knew Pushpa would come to check the contract because she is a lawyer. Rishabh thanks the broker for arranging the contract, pays him, and leaves.
Swara burns the dress that Deepti and Ashwin gifted her to wear at Rashi’s wedding. She feels that everyone in Pushpa’s house treats her like an outsider, which is why no one believes her.
Members of the Child Welfare Committee arrive at Pushpa’s house to meet Swara. Deepti speaks to the chawl residents and learns that Swara has gone to the terrace carrying a dress. Pushpa is informed that the committee has come. Pushpa and Deepti rush to the terrace and find Swara burning a dress. They ask her what she is burning. Swara says that she is burning the lehenga she was supposed to wear at Rashi’s wedding. Pushpa asks Swara if she has gone crazy. Swara argues with the family, accusing them of not trusting her and treating her like an outsider. Pushpa tries to explain, but Swara refuses to listen. Pushpa raises her hand at Swara, and at that moment, the Child Welfare Committee members arrive and witness the scene. Swara makes a comment about Pushpa and leaves. Pushpa wonders why the committee had to arrive at that moment. The committee members then leave.
The next day, Pushpa’s family prepares for Rashi and Rishabh’s wedding.
At night, Kadambari recalls a man telling her that when the DNA report is presented in court, it will show a 99% match between her DNA and Titli’s DNA. Kadambari believes the report has come in her favour but knows she must find Rekha’s henchman, Prashant Jadhav. She asks the jailer to bring Viren to the jail so she can speak to him, saying that only he can help her get bail. The jailer agrees and leaves. Kadambari thinks she must find Prashant Jadhav before the police do.
