The episode starts with Shiv looking at Shakti in the classroom and gets mesmerised looking at her. Shakti also looks at Shiv.
Shiv greets a student and again starts looking for Shakti in the room but he finds her missing. Shakti taps on Shiv’s shoulder. Shakti comes to Shiv and says to Shiv that it is wrong of him to hit at other women when he is already married to a hot woman like her. Shiv says he isn’t doing anything like that. Shiv says to Shakti that he is the trustee of this college and asks Shakti to have some respect for him. Shakti comments on Shiv. Shiv closes Shakti’s mouth. The other students look at Shiv and Shakti’s romance and laugh at them. Shiv takes his hand off Shakti’s mouth. Shiv asks Shakti who is he hitting on. Shiv says he isn’t hitting on anyone he is looking at her. Shakti flirts with Shiv and asks Shakti to look at her as he has full rights over her. Shiv gets fed up with Shakti and leaves from there. Shakti says to Shiv in her heart that she knows he was checking on her about her studies. Shakti leaves from there. Keertan looks at Shakti and thinks Shakti only belongs to him.
Shakti looks at Karthik’s homework and comments on it. Karthik and Shakti talk about their studies. Shakti sees Karthik’s rough book and drawings in it. Shakti praises Karthik’s drawings. Karthik says whenever his teacher sees him drawing she always scolds him. Shakti comments on it. Shakti says to Karthik that she will gift him a drawing book tomorrow. Karthik agrees. Sundari gives the medicines of Dr Shiv that came from company to Shakti. Shakti feels suspicious of this medicine.
Padma while drinking tea reminds Mandira of her failure and how Shakti is winning against her all the time.
Mandira is shown to be planting plants in a pot. Mandira says to Padma that the medicine with which Shakti thinks she will win over her, those medicines will be the reason for her to win over Shakti. Shakti throws the medicine in the plants. Mandira asks Shakti what is this. Shakti says to Mandira that nowadays people are giving their own family members wrong medicine so that they will not get better just like her. Shakti says to Mandira that she trusts Mandira’s medicines as much as her zero percent. Shakti says to Mandira that she knows Mandira can tamper with Shiv’s medicine and change the label as she is running such a big Pharma company. Shakti asks Padma if she is right. Padma nods her head. Shakti says to Mandira that she never understood one thing Shiv can see any doctor in the world and he is running such a big Pharma company so why isn’t Shiv cured till now. Shakti says she understood it is due to her medicine. Shakti says to Mandira that’s why she bought new medicine for Shiv from the market and asks Mandira to just watch how Shiv is going to get better soon. Shakti leaves from there. Mandira lashes out at the plants and pots and shouts in frustration. Padma thinks Mandira will go mad before making Shiv mad.
Shakti says to Shiv what medicine he has to take and when he has to take it. Shiv says to Shakti that he hasn’t realised till now what medicine he is taking. Shakti says to Shiv that he should be alert as anyone might feed him anything. Shiv gets upset at Shakti as she is implying at Mandira. Shakti apologises to Shiv.
Shakti says to Shiv that it is time for him to help in setting this bed. Shiv says to Shakti that she needs to stop kissing him only then will he help her. Shiv asks Shakti if he agrees to this deal. Shakti doesn’t agree to the deal and says it is her right. Shiv says then he will not help her. Shakti asks Shiv to just wait and watch.
