The episode starts with Ranjan thinking of touching Shakti’s hand and kissing her. Shakti questions Shiv Why can’t she become his friend? Shakti stays silent. Shiv feels upset and is about to leave from there. Shiv collides into Ranjan when he turns and Ranjan falls on the floor and dislocates his elbow. Ranjan’s family and Manorama worry about Ranjan. Dharam sets Ranjan’s elbow right. Shiv apologises to Ranjan as he ran into him. Ranjan sees Dr Shiv and hides his face from him thinking if Dr Shiv sees his face then he might be in trouble. Shiv tries to apologise to Ranjan face to face but Ranjan doesn’t allow Shiv to see his face and hides his face from him. Shakti feels suspicious with Ranjan’s behaviour.
Mandira calls Keertan and asks Keertan if he found out who is Rimjim’s boyfriend. Keertan says he didn’t find out about it. Mandira asks Keertan if he is crying? Keertan says yes and says Shiv is here and he is doing romance with Shakti right in front of him. Mandira admonishes Keertan for taking Shakti’s name. Keertan says to Mandira that he loves Shakti no matter what. Mandira comforts Keertan and says to Keertan that she is going to take revenge on Shakti for his tears. Mandira asks Keertan to find out about Rimjim’s boyfriend. Keertan agrees.
Rimjim sees everyone distracted. Rimjim decides to go to Keertan. Rimjim is about to call Keertan but Manorama stops Rimjim and takes her away from there.
Manorama admonishes Rimjim for trying to talk to Keertan at this time and reminds Rimjim that she is about to get married to Ranjan with in a few days. Rimjim apologises to Manorama.
Shiv apologises to Shakti as he ran into Ranjan. Shakti asks Shiv not to worry about it and says he did the right thing. Shakti high fives Shiv calling him a partner. Shakti realises she called Shiv her partner and asks Shiv to forget what she said right now. Shakti asks Shiv to return her high five to him. Shakti argues with Shiv saying she can’t become his friend. Shakti recalls Ranjan’s behaviour and says to Shiv that he needs to apologise to Ranjan. Shiv agrees.
Shakti brings Shiv to Ranjan and asks Shiv to apologise. Shiv apologises to Ranjan and feels that he saw Ranjan somewhere and asks Ranjan about it. Ranjan makes up a reason and avoids Shiv and leaves from there. Shakti asks Shiv if he recalls where did he saw Ranjan. Shiv says no.
Ranjan’s brother in law asks Ranjan why is he hiding his face from Shiv? Ranjan says to his brother in law how Shiv beat the crap out of him and handed him over to the police when he harassed a woman in the hospital. Ranjan’s brother in law asks Ranjan to complete the Pooja here and leave as quickly as possible. Ranjan agrees.
Shiv feels that he saw Ranjan somewhere and asks Nandu if he recognises Ranjan? Nandu says no.
