The episode starts with Shakti asking Shiv about her gift. Shiv recalls about Gowri. Shakti notices that Shiv is looking tense and holds his hand to calm him down. Shiv says he is calm and says she is a comfort to him and says when she is with him he doesn’t feel any problem is a big problem. Shiv and Shakti stare into each other eyes. Nandu takes their photos and praises Shiv and Shakti’s pair.
Mandira goes to a side. Mandira mixes a pill in the orange juice. Mandira looks at Shiv and asks Shiv to destroy Shakti along with himself in her heart.
Shiv asks Shakti who is she looking for. Shakti says she is looking for a small guest that is from his side. Karthik tries to bang on the door with his legs.
The Pandit asks the pairs to get ready for Phere. Mandira stops the Pandit and asks the Pandit to allow the Groom’s to drink juice as they haven’t eaten anything from the morning. Mandira offers a juice to Shiv. Padma offers juice to Keertan. Shiv drinks half a glass and asks Shakti to take the drink. Mandira says Shakti can’t drink today as she is fasting. Mandira makes up a reason for it. Shiv hearing this says he will also do fasting but later realises that he has already eaten fruits in the morning. Mandira asks Shiv to drink the juice. Shiv says he will not drink it. Mandira hearing this asks Manorama to make Shiv drink this juice. Manorama agrees and makes Shiv drink the juice. Shiv feels dizzy after drinking this juice. Shakti asks Shiv if he is alright. Shiv says he will be alright until she is with him.
Shakti says to Manorama that she can’t see Gayatri anywhere. Manorama says it is a tradition in some families that the mother of the Groom will not see the marriage. Shakti says Mandira is watching her son’s marriage. Manorama comments on Mandira saying she doesn’t follow any tradition but she only knows how to get ready. Koyal overhears this and leaves from there feeling upset. Dharam comes to Koyal and asks Koyal not to mind Manorama’s words. Koyal warns Dharam that if they insult her mother again she will teach them a lesson.
The pandit asks bride’s mother to do the Gathbandhan. Mandira says Shakti’s mother is not alive so she will do the Gatbandhan. Manorama stops Mandira and says her mother is alive and says she is Shakti’s mother. Mandira asks Manorama how will she do the Gathbandhan to both the pairs at the same time. Manorama asks Mandira to watch it. Manorama says she will do ShivShakti’s Gatbandhan and Kishore will do Rimjim and Keertan’s Gatbandhan. Manorama does the ShivShakti’s Gatbandhan. Mandira thinks the Gathbandhan will not be strong as the medicine will affect Shiv pretty soon.
