The episode starts with Shiv sitting in the wheel chair. Shiv signals Shakti to push the wheel chair. Manorama stops Shiv and reminds that this is a hospital. Shiv stops and says they should not disturb patients. Manorama praises Shiv. Shiv talks with Manorama.
Manorama later says to Shakti that she needs to take care of Shiv. Manorama asks Shakti to keep that secret a secret. Shakti agrees as if Mandira knows about that secret then she will get a weapon to use against Shiv Shakti.
Shakti takes Shiv away from there. Raghunath gives the good news to Bhagwati that Shiv is returning home and it is proved that Shiv is not acting. Bhagwati asks Raghunath why is he not looking happy. Raghunath says now Shiv has become a 8 year old kid and they need to take care of Shiv. Bhagwati asks Raghunath not to worry and says he will get well soon and says Shakti will make him get better.
Keertan asks Mandira if Shiv is going to stay in their house. Mandira asks Keertan not to worry and says she is already prepared for it. The mental asylum people come to Kashyap Sadan to take Shiv to mental asylum. Mandira says to Kashyap family that she called mental asylum people to take Shiv to mental asylum.
Mandira asks the Kashyap family members if what she did is right. All the family members support Mandira’s decision and she also asks Nandu and Rimjim about their opinion. Nandu doesn’t give his opinion but Rimjim says her decision is right. Mandira says it’s a good thing that all of them are on the same page. Rimjim leaves from there. Mandira thinks why is Rimjim looking scared.
Rimjim goes to the kitchen and calls Shakti and cautions Shakti informing her saying Mandira has called the mental asylum people to send Shiv to mental asylum. Shakti gets shocked hearing this. Rimjim cuts the call.
Mandira comes to the kitchen and praises Rimjim on the way she handled things. Mandira says she is blessed to have a daughter in law like her. Mandira later leaves from there. Mandira sees Rimjim looking scared and thinks amateurs only get scared when they did something.
Manorama asks Shakti not to go to Kashyap Sadan. Shakti argues with Manorama saying if Shiv doesn’t go there Shiv will lose his right on that house. Shakti says Mandira will not be able to do anything as Rimjim is with her. Shakti says she will not allow Mandira to do have her way and she will fight for Shiv.
