The episode starts with Bhagwati and Mandira trying to convince Shiv to marry Shakti. Shiv says to Mandira that he is as much danger to Shakti as King Yama so he will not marry Shakti. Shiv says he might hurt Shakti any time. Bhagwati assures that he will not hurt Shakti. Bhagwati suddenly coughs violently. Mandira thinks God is favouring her. Mandira asks Bhagwati to sit down and asks Keertan to check out Bhagwati. While everyone is distracted with Bhagwati. Mandira mixes a medicine in the water and gives it to Bhagwati. Bhagwati drinks the water.
Shiv tries to explain to Bhagwati that he can’t marry Shakti. Bhagwati asks Shiv not to talk to her and asks him to stay away from her as he is not accepting her request. Bhagwati while walking up the stairs suddenly falls back. Shiv catches Bhagwati. Mandira seeing Bhagwati’s symptoms says to Shiv that these are looking like heart attack symptoms. Mandira asks Shiv to take Bhagwati to the hospital. Shiv and the rest of the family take Bhagwati to the hospital. Padma asks Gayatri to stay back and reminds her that she is not allowed to step out of the house. Mandira asks Keertan to stay back. Keertan asks Mandira what did she mix in the water. Mandira says she used the key to make Shiv say yes to the marriage. Mandira says to Keertan that Shiv’s weakness is in Bhagwati and after a while Bhagwati will emotionally blackmail Shiv to marry Shakti. Mandira says after that Shiv will not have a choice besides saying yes.
Shakti sees Rimjim talking to Manorama about her marriage. Shakti sees Shiv’s family admitting Bhagwati in the hospital. Manorama stops Shakti from going to Shiv saying Shiv’s family should never know about Rimjim’s suicide attempt. Shakti asks Manorama and Rimjim to leave and says she will not tell anything about Rimjim’s suicide attempt. Manorama agrees.
Shakti comes to Shiv. Shiv hugs Shakti and says to Shakti that Bhagwati got a heart attack. Shakti comforts Shiv asking him not to worry about Bhagwati and says she will get well soon. Raghunath shows Shiv how Shakti is taking care of him and asks Shiv why can’t he agree to the marriage. Raghunath blames Shiv for Bhagwati’s heart attack. Raghunath also reminds Shiv how their whole family is sad with him as he is not happy. Raghunath blames Shiv for Bhagwati’s heart attack. Shakti asks Raghunath to stop it.
