The episode starts with Shiv returning home along with Shakti. Karthik hugs Shiv and asks Shiv where was he and says he really missed him. Shiv says he went to a bad hospital and asks Karthik to never go there again.
Mandira comes and says to Shiv that he has to go to some place else. Mandira asks the mental asylum people to take Shiv away. The mental asylum try to take Shiv away. Shakti and Karthik try to stop the mental asylum people.
Raghunath asks Mandira what is going on. Mandira says she called mental asylum people to send Shiv to mental asylum as Shakti proved that Shiv is mentally unstable. Shakti asks Mandira who is she to decide to send Shiv to mental asylum. Mandira says Shiv is a threat to their family. Mandira says if he stays here they might hurt others. Shakti comments on Mandira and says to Mandira that she will not be able to send Shiv to jail no matter how much she tries.
Raghunath also says to Mandira that Shiv is not a threat to anyone and says it is only in her mind. Keertan argues with Raghunath and says to Raghunath that Shiv will go to jail no matter what. Raghunath tries to raise his hand at Keertan for raising his tone against him. Keertan pushes Raghunath away.
Shakti seeing this pushes Keertan away. Shakti asks Keertan how dare he raise his hand at Raghunath. Shakti scolds Keertan and asks Keertan to never think that Raghunath is alone in this house. Mandira scolds Keertan for raising his hand at Raghunath and apologises to him.
Mandira asks the mental asylum people to take Shiv away from here. It is shown Mandira bribes the mental asylum people to not stop of anyone comes to stop them.
Bhagwati comes and says to Kashyap family that Shiv and Shakti will not go anywhere. Bhagwati shows the will and says her husband has written this house name on Shiv. Bhagwati says Shiv can throw all of them out of this house but no one can throw Shiv out of this house.
Shakti showing this as proof asks the mental asylum people to leave Shiv.
Mandira syas to Bhagwati that they don’t want Shiv to go to mental asylum but it needs to be for him to get better.
Mehta also comes and says to Kashyap family that Shiv is mentally unstable and he is under suspicion for the murder of Gayatri. Mehta says Shiv will lose his all legal rights due to it. Mehta suggests Kashyap family to send Shiv to mental asylum for him to get better. Shakti says to Mehta that Shiv might lose his rights but as his wife she will get those all of those rights and she shows the affidavit for it to Mehta. Shakti says she learnt this from Mandira that they should have plan A, B, C etc. Shakti says someone clearly knows about it that’s why they killed Gayatri but she will bring that culprit to justice. Mehta leaves from there.
Mandira says to Shakti that she will not be able to keep watch on Shiv 24/7 and asks Shakti what will she do if Shiv hurts someone again. Shakti says anyone who thinks Shiv is a threat to them can leave this house.
