The episode starts with Nandu offering medicine to Shiv. Shiv says from now on there is no need for this medicine as Shakti is here. Nandu agrees but he still insists Shiv to take this medicine. Shiv agrees and takes the medicine. Nandu later leaves from there.
Shakti and Rimjim take blessings from Bhagwati. Bhagwati asks Sundari to take Rimjim to Keertan’s room as Shakti already knows Shiv’s room. Shakti laughs at it. Rimjim leaves from there with Sundari.
Shakti gets her Dupatta tangled with Mandira’s gifted Bangle. Mandira seeing this comments on Shakti. Shakti untangles it and shows that her dupatta is fine. Shakti says she believes in attaching relationships not breaking it. Mandira counters Shakti and leaves from there.
Shakti prays to Bholenath and hopes that everything will be fine. Damru calls Mandira and says that he brought Karthik here. Mandira asks Damru to send Karthik inside. Damru agrees.
Shiv calls for Shakti. Karthik comes into Kashyap Sadan shouting for his father. Shakti stops Karthik and asks Karthik what is he doing here. Karthik asks Shakti to help him in finding his father. Karthik says if his father marries his stepmother then she will send him to the jungle. Shakti asks Karthik who is his stepmother. Karthik looks at Shakti’s dupatta and says to Shakti that she is his stepmother. Shakti says to Karthik that he is mistaken and says her marriage happened with Dr Shiv. Karthik hits Shakti. Shakti catches Karthik and defends herself.
Shiv comes looking for Shakti. Mandira and Padma shout from downstairs asking Shakti not to push Karthik down the stairs and says Karthik will be injured. Shiv overhearing and seeing Shakti fighting with Karthik believes Mandira’s words.
Shiv asks Shakti to stay away from his son and asks Shakti how dare she lay her hands on his son. Shiv asks Karthik if he is injured. Shakti gets shocked witnessing Shiv has a son. Shiv brings Karthik downstairs to treat him with first aid.
Shakti calls for Dr Shiv. Dr Shiv asks Shakti to shut up. Everyone comes and asks Shiv what happened. Bhagwati hugs Karthik and asks Karthik what happened. Bhagwati asks Shiv what is happening here. Shakti says she is betrayed. Rimjim asks Shakti who betrayed her. Shakti says Shiv and his whole family betrayed her.
Mandira thinks within 10 min Shakti is going to leave the house. Bhagwati asks Shakti why is she speaking like this. Shakti asks Bhagwati not to act and says she found out everything. Shakti comments on Bhagwati and her family. Shakti asks Bhagwati if they deceived her with lies to hide this truth.
