The episode starts with Shakti looking at her broken Mangalsutra and recalls what happened. Raghunath, Kamalnath, Keertan, and Nandu put Shiv in his bed.
Bhagwati defends Shiv and says to Shakti that Shiv never lies. Bhagwati says to Shakti that Shiv never agreed to marry her as she doesn’t know the truth about him. Bhagwati says to Shakti that Shiv only agreed to marry her after he told the truth to her. Shakti argues with Bhagwati saying Shiv nor anyone of his family members told anything about Shiv’s marriage or Karthik. Nandu asks Shakti to stop lying and says Shiv wrote everything about himself in a letter. Nandu says Shiv asked him to give this letter to her and he gave that letter to Shakti with his own hands. Shakti says there wasn’t anything about Shiv’s truth in that letter. Nandu says to Rimjim that Manorama might have sent their things by now. Nandu asks Rimjim to bring the letter. Rimjim agrees and brings the letter.
Nandu reads the letter and shows to Shakti that in this letter it is clearly written that Shiv has a son named Karthik and he is the reason for his first wife’s death. Shakti reads the letter and says this isn’t that letter.
Nandu comments on Shakti and says to Shakti that there is also a cut out of Karthik in that glass house and asks Shakti if she hasn’t noticed Karthik’s cut out in the glass house. Shakti says to Nandu that there is no Karthik’s cut out in the glass house. Bhagwati asks Rimjim to bring the glass house.
Rimjim brings the glass house. Bhagwati shows Karthik’s cut out in the glass house. Shakti gets shocked seeing this.
It is shown Koyal puts Karthik’s cutout in the glass house and she also changes the letter.
Bhagwati and the rest of the Kashyap family say to Shakti how disappointed they are with her. Shakti asks Kashyap family to stop it and says she was betrayed by them, not the other way around. Bhagwati says Shiv never lies to anyone. Bhagwati asks Shakti to ask herself if Shiv will really betray her. Shakti sees Mandira and Padma hiding their smiles. Shakti understands that this is all of Mandira and Padma’s conspiracy and says to Bhagwati about it. Shakti says Padma is the one who took away Karthik’s cut out from the glass house in her home. Padma asks Shakti what is she saying.
