The episode starts with Manorama running into Rimjim with a stretcher. Manorama asks Rimjim to be careful. Rimjim asks Manorama what did she say. Manorama says she just asked her to be careful. Rimjim leaves from there.
Gayatri sees Raghunath coming towards them. Gayatri turns around from Raghunath. Manorama hides from Raghunath. Raghunath asks Gayatri thinking she is a nurse what happened to the lights in front. Gayatri says there is problem with the lights. Raghunath asks Gayatri to change the lights and leaves from there.
Manorama and Gayatri later put Shakti in a stretcher and take her away. Shakti hopes that she will reach Shiv before Keertan.
Keertan disguises himself as hospital staff. Keertan calls Mandira. Mandira asks Keertan to be careful.
Keertan passes by Shakti’s stretcher. Keertan’s watch gets tangled with Shakti’s Dupatta. Keertan accidentally takes off the blanket. Manorama covers Shakti’s face with a blanket. Keertan and Shakti pass by each other.
Padma comes to the nurse changing room. Padma decides to do some Masti but she later notices a bag and in it she finds Gayatri and Manorama’s dresses. Padma decides to tell Manorama about it.
Mandira passes by Shakti’s stretcher and she notices Manorama and Gayatri acting wierd. Mandira asks Manorama and Gayatri where are they going. Manorama says they are going to the morgue. Mandira says they should take right. Mandira spots Shakti’s hand and recalls about Shiv bandaging Shakti’s hand. Mandira realises before she stops them they left her. Padma calls Mandira and tells her what happened. Mandira understands Manorama and Gayatri are the ones who have disguised as nurses.
Keertan comes to the supply room and searches for a drug. Keertan finds it and thinks Shiv will die today.
Mandira spots the stretcher and takes the blanket away. Mandira spots pillows under the blanket not Shakti.
Manorama and Gayatri are shown to be taking Shakti in a trolley. Keertan comes into Shiv’s room and tries to inject him with the drug.
Manorama sends the ward boy away from the ICU room saying Mandira is calling him. The ward boy leaves from there. Manorama and Gayatri push the trolley into Shiv’s room and they keep watch outside.
Shakti comes out of the trolley and disrupts Keertan when he tries to inject Shiv with the drug. Shakti slaps Keertan.
The ward boy comes to Mandira and asks Mandira why she called him. Mandira asks the ward boy who told her. The ward boy says a nurse who sounds like a Gujarati. Mandira thinks Gayatri and Manorama have reached Shiv.
Mandira comes to the ICU room and doesn’t allow them to enter the ICU room. A crowd forms around seeing Mandira. Mandira says no one will go inside as it is an ICU.
Shakti beats up Keertan as he came to kill Shiv. Keertan decides to kill Shiv today no matter what.
