The episode starts with Shakti saying to Shiv that she will not allow him to resign. Shiv says to Shakti that there is no need for it and says he just wants to chill after resigning and says he is bored with this job. Shakti asks Shiv what will he do after he resigns? Shiv says he will do a lot of things. Shakti tries to convince Shiv not to resign. Bhagwati thinks only Shakti understood Shiv.
Mandira reminds Koyal and Keertan that Bhagwati is alive and says she needs to show in front of Bhagwati that she cares for Shiv more than her children. Mandira says she is going to gift Shiv this diamond cuff links so that she can steal everything from him later.
Shakti tries to convince Shiv not to resign. Shakti says to Shiv that without the hospital he will lose everything Gayatri thinks that without Shakti, Shiv has no meaning. Shiv asks Shakti not to worry and says Keertan is going to handle the hospital well.
Mandira says to Koyal and Keertan that she is going to go and give this diamond cuff links to Shiv with some crocodile tears. Keertan and Koyal praise Mandira.
Brijkishore says to Mandira that he will take his leave. Raghunad asks Mandira why would she call Brijkishore. Mandira reminds Raghunad that Brijkishore is their family Pandit. Raghunad insults Brijkishore and comments on the Sharma family. Raghunad warns Brijkishore to keep Shakti away from this house. Brijkishore agrees and leaves from there.
Shakti says to Shiv that he is making the same mistake that Pandavas made in Mahabharat. Shakti reminds Shiv how Kauravas are still greedy for Pandavas after they gave up their rights. Bhagwati asks Shakti if he is calling her grandson Keertan “Duryodhan”. Shiv says to Shakti that Keertan is not Duryodhan. Shakti says Duryodhan doesn’t need to be a man and says it can also be an idea. Shakti says to Shiv that only he can run the hospital with the mind of Seva and requests Shiv not to resign. Bhagwati agrees with Shakti.
Mandira says to Raghunad that she brought these cuff links to gift to Shiv. Raghunad comments on Mandira. Mandira reminds Raghunad that she also raised Shiv and he is also her child. Mandira acts as if she is hurt by Raghunad’s comments. Raghunad apologises to Mandira. Mandira thinks one day she is going to oust Raghunad and his family from this house.
Shiv says to Shakti not to worry and says he completely trusts Mandira and Keertan. Shakti asks Shiv not to sign the papers if she can prove that someone is conspiring against him. Shiv promises Shakti at Bhagwati’s insistence. Shakti says she will take her leave and goes through the window. Raghunad and Mandira come to Shiv’s room at this time.
