The episode starts with Keertan fighting with Shakti. Shakti. Mandira doesn’t allow Manorama and Gayatri to enter Shiv’s room. Keertan tries to inject Shiv with the drug. Shakti hits Keertan from the back and takes off his mask. Shakti overhears Mandira arguing with Manorama and Gayatri. Keertan pushes Shakti away and escapes through the window. Shakti hugs Shiv and cries thinking about Shiv. Mandira enters the ICU room.
Mandira brings Shakti out of the ICU room. Raghunath asks Mandira what is Shakti doing here. Mandira says Shakti wanted to kill Shiv and he caught her. Mandira brings out the injection and says this is a very dangerous drug. Mandira says once this is injected into the body Shiv would have been dead. Mandira says to Kashyap family that she caught Shakti when she is about to inject Shakti with this drug. Mandira also takes off the mask of Gayatri and Manorama and says that this is the plan of all three of them. Rimjim and Raghunath recall running into the nurse.
Shakti says to Kashyap family that she saved Shiv from Keertan as he tried to inject that drug into Shiv. Mandira comments on Shakti and asks Shakti how could Keertan do it as Keertan is in jail. Raghunath asks Mandira to call the cops and says they will hand Shakti over to the cops with proof. Padma says she will call the cops right away.
The police come to Shakti and say to Shakti that they can arrest her now as now it is morning. Gayatri pleads Bhagwati to believe Shakti. Bhagwati comments on Gayatri and says she is a stain on the name of mother as she tried to kill her own son.
The police are about to handcuff Shakti but Shiv comes out and says that Shakti hasn’t done anything.
Shiv comes out of his room and comments on the police as they are arresting Shakti just because their family accused Shakti. The police leave from there.
Shiv questions the Kashyap family how could they believe that easily that Shakti, Manorama and Gayatri will try to kill her. Shiv reminds Kashyap family that Gayatri gave birth to him and she will never think of hurting him. The doctor says to Shiv that he needs to take rest. Shiv takes the reports from the doctor and tears them after reading them saying they are fake. Shiv says he has not become unconscious but he was made unconscious. Shiv fires the doctor for creating false reports.
Shiv says to Kashyap family that he was attacked in his room and Shakti saved him. Shiv asks Kashyap family to go and says he and Shakti will come later. Gayatri wishes happy birthday to Shiv. Shiv says to Kashyap family that nod their enemies are going to know the consequences of attacking Shiv.
