The episode starts with Shiv thinking about Shakti and her qualities. Gayatri asks Shiv where is Shakti and says she is not picking up the phone. Shiv says Shakti is in the hospital and asks Gayatri not to worry about Shakti as she is capable of doing anything. Shiv leaves from there. Gayatri worries about Shakti as Shakti has enmity with Mandira.
Mandira talks with Koyal over the phone. Koyal says to Mandira that Shiv is in home and Karthik is playing football. Mandira says to Koyal what she has to do. Mandira asks Koyal to use Karthik and make sure Shakti doesn’t enter the house and meet Shiv. Koyal agrees to do it.
Keertan asks Mandira how could she think about killing Shakti. Keertan asks Mandira not to do it as Shakti is the love of his life. Mandira says to Keertan that he needs to have life first for having love. Mandira says to Keertan that Shakti knows too much about them and if she doesn’t die then they will be dead.
Mandira talks with the truck driver. Mandira asks the truck driver to make it look like an accident. The truck driver agrees. The truck driver is shown to be following Shakti.
Shakti thinks Dr Shiv needs to believe her today as his enemy is none other than Mandira. Shakti vows to get justice for Gowri.
Shiv gets ready to play football with Karthik. Shiv notices that Shakti’s photo has fallen from the wall. Shiv worries about Shakti seeing this. Shiv tries to call Shakti but gets message that her phone is switched off.
Koyal takes Karthik away from there saying he needs to play with her today.
Manorama worries about Shakti as she gets message that her phone is switched off. Manorama calls Rimjim and asks Rimjim about Shakti. Rimjim says to Manorama that she doesn’t know where is Shakti and she doesn’t care about her. Rimjim asks Manorama to never call her as she is dead to her. Rimjim cuts the call.
Shiv comes downstairs and notices that Karthik isn’t here. Shiv goes looking for Karthik.
The cement truck driver passes by Shakti. Shakti thinks the cement truck driver is driving rashly.
Koyal asks Karthik to get the ball after she kicks it. Karthik agrees. Mandira tells Koyal over the phone to kick the ball to concrete road and make sure Karthik goes to get the ball. Koyal agrees. Koyal kicks the ball and it falls on the newly constructing concrete road. Karthik goes to get the ball.
Karthik gets stuck in the wet cement when he tries to get the ball. Shakti sees Karthik and goes to him. The cement truck driver pours concrete over Karthik. Shakti tries to get Karthik out of there.
Shiv comes to Koyal and asks Koyal where is Karthik. Koyal says she doesn’t know as he went to get the ball. Shiv scolds Koyal for leaving Karthik alone. Shiv goes looking for Karthik. Shiv spots Shakti and Karthik and notices the cement truck pouring cement over both of them. Mandira thinks now no one can save Shakti.
