The episode starts with Mandira giving Shiv the pen and asks Shiv to sign on the papers. Mandira thinks once Shiv signs on the papers she will get control over the hospital and Shiv is going to become a beggar.
Shiv apologises to Shakti in his heart and is about to sign on his resignation but Shakti stops Shiv by holding his hand. Nandu thanks God as Shakti came at the right time. Shiv notices that Shakti is injured. Shiv takes a tissue and wipes the blood. Shiv asks Shakti how did she get hurt? Shakti says she is fine. Shakti says to Shiv that she found the evidence and says now there is no need to sign on his resignation anymore. Shakti says to Shiv that he is going to stay as Managing director and Chief trustee of GRK hospital. Raghunad asks Shakti how did she come here? Raghunad asks the security how did this woman enter the house? The security says they don’t know when Shakti entered the house. Raghunad lashes out at Shakti and says that he already warned Brijkishore not to allow Shakti or any of his family member to enter this house. Raghunad insults Shakti saying she is a shameless woman as she came to their house and holds Shiv’s hand. Shakti says to Shiv that she will face any insult but she will not allow him to sign on his resignation. Mandira sees that the auspicious time of 7:30pm passed away. Mandira says to herself that she will not leave Shakti and decides to teach her a lesson. Mandira says to Shakti that all of this happening is because of her and says to Shakti that this decision is made by the board of directors. Shakti says to Mandira that the board of directors need to change their decision.
Mehta shows Raghunad, Shiv and Shakti holding hands and asks if they should still think that there is nothing in between Shiv and Shakti. Mehta makes a comment and says they will not allow anything to happen that will affect the goodwill of the hospital. The guests start talking about Shakti and Shiv. The guests gossip about Shiv and Shakti right infront of them and pass insulting comments over Shakti. The guests call Shakti a gold digger. Shiv defends Shakti and says to the guests that because of girls like Shakti. Other girls learn how to fight for their rights and praises girls like Shakti.
Shiv holds Shakti’s hand and takes a stand for her. Shakti requests Raghunad to not let Shiv resign the post and says she is here to prove Shiv’s innocence. Mandira thinks she needs to turn events in her favour. Mandira tells Raghunad that Shiv may get attack any time so please send Shakti away from here. Raghunath says it’s good to give a chance to Shakti. Raghunad gives a chance to Shakti and asks her to prove that she is innocent. Shiv goes near his father to hug him. Ragunadh stops him and says let Shakti prove her innocence then he doesn’t need to resign from his position and Shakthi will get her scholarship.
Nandu thinks Shakti will prove Shiv’s innocence. Shakti thanks Raghunad for giving her a chance to prove their innocence. Shakti takes her phone and says to Raghunad that with evidence she is going to prove Shiv and Shakti are innocent. Shakti says to everyone that someone is framing Shakti and Shiv. Shakti says their photo coming in the news paper, Shiv going to jail and Shiv nearly losing his post is someone’s conspiracy and says that person is in this party.
