The episode starts with Shakti trying to get herself and Karthik out of the wet cement while cement is being poured over her from a cement truck.
Mandira sees Keertan feeling bad for Shakti as she is going to die right in front of her. Mandira says to Keertan that he can cry if he wants and says to Keertan that their life is more important than other people’s death.
Shakti assures Karthik that they will get out of here soon. Mandira thinks today two of her goals will be done today as Karthik is also going to die along with Shakti.
Shiv spots Shakti and Karthik in danger and rushes towards them. Mandira thinks Koyal foiled her plan as she strictly said that Shiv shouldn’t get to Karthik.
Shakti gets Karthik out of the wet cement. Shiv pulls Karthik to safety. Shiv tries to pull Shakti but Shakti slips and falls in the wet cement. Shiv tries to stop cement pouring from the cement truck.
Mandira sees that there is no movement of Shakti and thinks she is dead. Shiv stops the cement pouring from the cement truck. Shiv gets Shakti out of the wet cement.
Shiv pleads Shakti to wake up. Mandira prays to all the Gods and asks only one wish that is Shakti to be dead.
Karthik asks Shiv if Shakti has also gone to Gowri. Shiv says he will not allow that to happen and gives CPR to Shakti.
Shakti recalls Mandira’s confession and wakes up. Shiv says to Shakti that she nearly gave him a heart attack.
Shakti flirts with Shiv. Shiv carries Shakti in his arms and takes her away. Mandira gets frustrated as her plan once again failed. Keertan comments on Mandira as her plan once again failed. Mandira asks Keertan to stop it and think of a way as if Shakti tells the truth to Shiv then their game is over.
Shiv brings Shakti carrying her in his arms to his house. Gayatri and Bhagwati ask Shakti what happened. Padma says to Bhagwati that Shakti might have created a new drama. Shiv admonishes Padma as she is speaking without knowing the truth.
Shiv explains to his family that Karthik went to the place where there is cement work is going on and he got stuck there while cement is pouring over him. Shakti rescued Karthik and didn’t allow anything to happen to him. Shiv says Shakti stopped breathing and he gave CPR and saved her life. Shiv says to his family that from today onwards no one is going to speak to Shakti in a raised tone. Mandira thinks now Shiv is going to listen to everything that Shakti has to say.
Rimjim comes and makes sure Shakti is safe and feels relieved. Rimjim scolds Shakti for putting her life in danger. Shiv later takes Shakti upstairs.
