The episode starts with Mohini saying to Kashyap family that they have to hand over Nagmani to the Nagin and says only then will the serpent forgive them. Shiv asks Mohini to stop this nonsense. Shiv says to Mohini that if she wants to stay in this house then she should not speak about Nagin and Nagmani from today onwards. Shiv leaves from there.
Shiv recalls what happened. Shakti comes to Shiv and comforts Shiv as Shakti can see Shiv is worried for Karthik as there is poison in his body. Shiv asks Shakti what should they do if something happens to Karthik. Shakti says nothing will happen to Karthik. Shiv says to Shakti that there is a poison in Karthik and says antibodies are fighting the poison and says Karthik might collapse any time due to that poison. Shiv says to Shakti that the poison in Karthik’s body is not normal poison and says it looks like they have to believe Mohini as whatever she said is coming true. Shakti says they will take the help of science if they have to save Karthik and says if that doesn’t work they will take the help if Prayer and comments on it. Shiv comments on what Shakti said. The lab reports in Shiv’s hand is blown away due to the wind.
Shiv while picking up the papers he notices the heart beating sound from under the ground where the Beal leaf plant is present. Shiv and Shakti hear Bhagwati shouting snake from the house.
Dharam offers cool drink to Rimjim to calm her down. Dharam later asks Rimjim to go to Keertan and says Keertan might have changed. Dharam asks Rimjim to think about it. Dharam leaves from there. Rimjim thinks Koyal is making Dharam speak like this. Rimjim decides to expose Koyal’s true intentions to everyone.
Shiv Shakti hearing Bhagwati’s voice they go to her. It is shown Beera notices Shiv has heard Babaji’s heart beat under the Beal Leaf plant. Beera informs Mohini about it.
Mohini becomes a small snake and stays in the glass. Padma gives that glass to Bhagwati.
Shiv Shakti come to Bhagwati and asks Bhagwati where is the snake. Bhagwati says she saw the snake in the glass.
It is shown Bhagwati takes the glass of water into her hands and she sees snake in the glass. Bhagwati screams seeing the snake. Mohini thinks with Shiv will be distracted.
Shiv asks Bhagwati how can a snake be in a glass of water and comments on it. Bhagwati asks Shiv not to leave her. Shiv agrees and asks Bhagwati to calm down.
Mohini hears the heart beat of the Babaji under the Beal leaf plant. Beera says they have to do something about this Babaji’s body if not they might get into trouble. Mohini says tomorrow is the first Puranmasi and says to Beera that she has to get first symbol of Suhagan that is Payal from Shakti at any cost. Beera says if she is not able to get Payal then a part of Kundan’s body will become a rock.
Manorama says to Kishore that what he did today is not right. Manorama asks Kishore who will take care of Rimjim after they die. Kishore says there is Dharam. Manorama says Dharam has his own responsibility. Manorama says for Rimjim’s future they have to send Rimjim out of the house.
